Day one chest and biceps. Day two Shoulder and traps. Day 3: Back and triceps 3 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise As for the abdominal muscles, it is best in the morning two days a week 3 sets of 15 to 12 reps of each exercise

You made 4 workouts for the upper body into one video? That's why you only count till 6 and then start again from one? Or would it be best to try and finish the whole video with sets of 3 - 10 reps? Because it feels too much for one day It'll take like 2.5/3 hours 😅
