NECESSARY MATERIALS
For dough;
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 g).
1.5 tablespoons of sugar (30 g).
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml).
1 glass of warm water (200 ml).
Half a glass of oil (100 ml).
6 cups of flour (720 g).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g).
For the filling;
Sausage (100 g).
Sausage (100 g).
3 green peppers.
2 red peppers.
Olives (30 g).
Corn (60 g).
Tomato sauce (100 g).
Oregano.
Cheddar cheese (100 g).
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.

🇨🇵 Depuis l'Est de la France (les Vosges). Excellente recette pour la pâte de pizza (j'aime aussi utiliser cette pâte pour des tartes aux pommes, avec sucre et cannelle)

Honest question: why are you adding milk to pizza dough? I've made pizza in Nrw York, Maryland, and Virginia. Not once did we use milk in the dough. What's the theory behind it??
