Add flour to vegetables to prepare this delicious dish! Cheap and easy!
#Necessary materials
1 leek
A small piece of cabbage (300 grams)
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 capsicum pepper
1 pinch of dill
1 pinch of parsley
For Sauce:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of olive oil (40 ml)
4 tablespoons of milk ( 40 ml )
4 tablespoons of flour (100 grams)
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams)
Half a pack of baking powder (5 grams)
For the surface:
Grated Cheddar Cheese (50 grams)
Sesame and black cumin

Why in everything in the internet they cover the recipe with cheese, I do understand that people likes cheese, but it does kill the real flavor of the vegetables and there is a lot people lactose intolerant
