The Missionary's Downfall [Recipe]

If you ordered this cocktail at Don the Beachcomber in the 1940's, would you order it again? Let's see if I would.
To make the Missionary's Downfall:

1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz peach liqueur
I oz honey mix
I oz light rum
1/4 cup diced fresh pineapple
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, tightly packed
3/4 cup crushed ice
Put everything in a blender. Blend at high speed for 15-20 seconds. Pour into a footed pilsner glass or into two coupes. Garnish with the tip of a mint sprig, placed in center of drink.

def one of the best classic tiki cocktails. This is a drink that would benefit from a 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum to keep everything together.
This drink I’ll double and serve it all to myself.

Looks like you needed to do Garrett's trick with the Xanthan gum.
I absolutely love the Aku-Aku, the Smuggler's Cove version of this. But I'm totally intrigued man. Will check out the original version for sure. That looks delicious.

2:12 Peach liqueur (or peach schnapps, what's in this drink) and peach brandy are not the same product :)
