An Easy Tiki Drink From The Mai Kai [Big Bamboo]

If you ordered this cocktail at the Mai Kai in Fort Lauderdale, would you order it again? Let's see if I would.
To make the Big Bamboo:
--------------------------------------
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz orange juice
½ oz grapefruit juice
½ oz passion fruit syrup
½ oz dark jamaican rum
I oz gold Cuban rum or Bacardi 8
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Put everything in a blender and blend at high speed for exactly 5 seconds. Pour into a bamboo mug or tall glass.

I’ve made myself a Big Bamboo before- I remember finding it a little too tart for my taste. I’m not the biggest fan of passion fruit. Another great quickie, Spike and Jared!
I've made this one a few times. I like it.
I had my first Big Bamboo at Daniele Dalla Pola’s Esotico in Miami! It came in a souvenir ceramic bamboo mug. It was amazing.

I love Mr. Show's optimism! He seems to genuinely love every drink! I would imagine he would lose his mind in happiness if he visited the Mai Kai! I'm also eagerly awaiting "The Hula Girls" next 45 with Taylor Swifts "Shake it off" on side A, and "...Ready For It?" on side B! Seriously though, awesome episode! Clean, compact and now I'm thirsty and missing the Mai Kai. Cheers!

@@ryanziolkowski6743 Yeah, but I’m sure it can be a great idea for parties. Just good info to know and really great for a variety of other reasons. I make lemon super juice and use it daily for lemon water.
