Nice to see you again Doug, I raise mealworms myself and they are super easy. Keep potatoes on hand and when you have darkling beetles use carrots. If you need to transport the beetles put a carrot in the bedding and they will attack it and you just move the carrot with them on it to another bin simple. By the way I and my wife were at your place this last year for a tour and I have not forgotten about you and your red wrigglers just finally getting set up we are kinda snowed in here in Idaho. going to do an update real soon this video was done in august and there have been lots of trial and error.

Nice to see a video from you again! I was just thinking about doing meal worms. Was going back and forth between meal worms and black soldier flies. Not sure the black soldier flies would be best in my climate. Looking forward to hearing more from you on the meal worms.

Any chance you can grow mealworms without beetles? My wife wouldnt mind growing meal worms but dont want the beetles sigh
