    i always said, what would make a supra better is a celica engine and all i got was boos. not the good kind. Thanks for proving me right. I can't wait to see it fly.

    well, its actually a camry/altezza engine haha. I havnt proven you right yet, but im very excited to see how it turns out!

    Awesome! Ive checked into a few of your videos over the years on the 5s beams celica and idk how I didn't know you owned Agile. Ive actually got one of your dodson motorsports front diffs going into my billet block st205 race car

    @@hawes_power5590 Hahaha did ya tell them you think a pretty swell guy? Yeah stay tuned man! Not much on the channel about it yet, just waiting on a billet crank from the PSI racing in the USA and then the billet shortblock from DP in greece. Once Ive got that in hand ill make a video update on the progress and goodies ive got so far

    If you're going full hog crazy custom, I have 2 massive suggestions for you. 1. You might as well go transaxle w/torque tube if youre aiming for mass centralization and rear weight bias. 2. Look into De-Dion suspension. Best of both worlds of a solid axle and independent rear. I reckon it'll be particularly potent if you do both, though you'll have to do the transaxle like a Corvette's (diff at the end instead of middle the transaxle) in order for the de-dion beam to clear without being wildly curved. Either way, I already love the idea of this build. 500hp is no joke, and to maximize a 4-cyl platform to do so is the REAL tuner's way!

    A transaxle would be cool, but its outside the scope of this project! Haha i must admit that i really dont like the De-dion rear suspenson so that wont be happening. 500whp shouldnt be problem, my celica makes 460 with a smaller turbo and smaller cams

    Citations needed. From what I've read the whole point of de-dion (properly implemented) is it allows the good geometry of solid axle with the low unsprung weight of IRS, as well as no torque twist on the chassis under acceleration.@@km6832

    @@Drunken_Hamster you cant get any kind of camber curve or toe gain. basically just a solid rear axle without the unsprung weight. there is a reason no virtully no manufacture uses it anymore. i have driven a 300hp cataham with de doin and to be fair, it worked fine and the car was an animal. but not the ideal setup in my opinion

    basically too much exhaust back pressure from anti lag causing valves to float. im doing a video about it shortly
