Thank you for pointing out this similarity to Norway, Endre. The Azores are oftentimes portrayed as the Hawaii of Europe but the weather here certainly doesn't matches the weather conditions of Hawaii. These conditions are a very normal weather phenomenon here on the island and grey skies, wind and lots of rain sometimes stick around for 3-4 weeks at a time.

Really nice video. Stunning nature. You mentioned you would like to spend at least an hour a day outside? That is very surprising. I thought most of your day was spent outdoors enjoying the natural landscape. Is there a reason why you don't spend more time outdoors?

Whenever the weather is extremely harsh (like it has been these past two weeks) torrential rain and hurricane like gusts are coming sideways and it not only soaks me within a few minutes and makes it hard to see anything it also literally blows me right off my feet when I'm standing unprotected on the shore or higher up, it's really wild! It hasn't been very warm either and consequently basically everyone is staying inside. So getting myself outside in this weather for even just one hour every day can be challenging because it just gets extremely wet and cold fairly quickly even with waterproof gear, the rain is too heavy and the wind too strong. But as soon as it stops raining I'm outside and preferably the whole day every day.
