FREE LIKE THE WIND | Life in the Azores
Something I am in particularly in love with here on the island are the winds. Wind is a symbol of freedom to me. Whenever I hear the wind whistle and howl and feel the salty gusts beat harshly against my face while my whole body gets shaken by an invisible force, it sets my mind free.
Strong winds create this sensation of lightness and carefreeness in my heart which is so difficult to maintain in everyday life. Feeling free both externally as in my life circumstances and internally as in my perception of my emotions and thoughts is one of my top priorities in life.

Hello Rahel, I just wanted to say that I really enjoy your videos because they make me think beyond the norm of everyday life I experience in my world. They are like the wind that whispers in my ear, “There is another way of living. You don’t have to give in to the way of life found around you.” And, When we ignore long enough our truth within, sometimes we actually get physically sick as a result. Many times, we become depressed. The truth within, our truth is very important. It’s our life.
