The palm heel is my favorite hand strike! I believe firmly that striking with open hands is better than punching.

Very nice and well explained. Another way to explain the effectiveness of the palm heel strike is how you can hit a wall very hard with a palm heel strike but can barely hit the wall without injury with a closed fist.

My favoured and most effective go to technique with respect to transferring as much energy as possible into previous adversaries, is what we call locally around the Liverpool area as a “Kirby Kiss”. Also known as a headbutt. I can speak from experience how damaging just one can be and how quickly it can incapacitate the unfortunate recipient !! I would add the Kirby Kiss to the palm or foot heel as suggested by Michael 💥
