What about the hidden sin of Idolatry, the sin that you have been DECEIVED to do? Remember Eve in Eden, how she was DECEIVED to sin against God. What does it matter to God whether she eats fruit or not? It matters because of OBEDIENCE... What does it matter what calendar a man chooses to use? It matters because of OBEDIENCE.... You are right. I'm not in support of their method of extorting money from the congregation or how they use the money they gained. But that doesn't mean earthly wealth is not needed in the kingdom. To efficiently spread the gospel of the kingdom, money is needed. In ways like giving to the homeless, orphans, and the needy. Money is needed to power a mega church and pay the bills. Imagine the number of lives these Pastors can change with the money they make if used to glorify God. Do you remember it took an influential and wealthy man called Joseph of Arimathea to go before Pilate to request the body of Christ when he was hanged and also to give him a befitting burial? The disciples were limited in that state because they didn't have what it took to redeem our Lord's body. If God is in the business of making men wealthy, then it's needed in the kingdom. The problem here is how they acquire and use the wealth they get.

A BIG problem is that the church members "idolize" and "worship" these "pastors" (like they are God) and it can go their head, causing them to lose their grip on the reality and the serious responsibilities they have, resulting in "inappropriate behaviors"; sex, money, lies, etc. The truth of - "power corrupts" is certainly true, and men (pastors) are not "super men", who do not have weaknesses; they are very human.

The one with the woman who came up and called out that preacher in front of everyone, im surprised that hasn’t been covered more!! That was horrible but im proud of her for standing up for herself and bringing the truth to light.

Women do not belong in the pulpit? Galatians 3.28. '..no male or female, we are all one in Christ.' And aren't you aware that in John 4 Jesus explicitly identified Himself as the Messiah to the Samaritan woman at the well, who then, effectively, became the first evangelist when she went to tell others about Him and they came to see Jesus for themselves? The only other time He did anything like that before His trial was with Peter in Matt 16. These are the End Times and God alone decides whom He uses.

Mega churches and celebrity pastors, what a great idea. Keep em coming!😮😮😮 Oh and BTW Robert Morris is NOT a church issue; it is a matter for law enforcement. Child sex abuse is a crime!!! Some of the comments about church discipline in his case are grossly ignorant and offensive! You know who you are.

I am looking at this morning sitting in the parking lot getting ready to enter church service. I know that I’m here to worship and put Jesus Christ name above all in my life. I pray that no evil comes to my church but if sin is taking place let it be exposed to all to see in Jesus Christ name Amen.

Recently in Uganda I saw a certain christian TV station advertise that everyone who would want to see a pastor (the owner of that TV station) should come with 100,000ugx (around 30USD) that he would sit in prophetic seat and prophesy about everyone who would come with that money. I pissed and sad at the same time. Another ugandan pastor made a statement "those who are waiting for Jesus to come, He will never come back" Sometimes God needs to use His anger again in the OT but again our Jesus doesn't want anyone to die in sin 😢😢😢

It’s amazing how these “men of God” that claim to speak with God on the daily, like they have Him on speed dial, always fall the hardest. But when we start “celebratizing” servants, it becomes less and less about God, and more about the man

These pastors are so rich they can’t relate to what their members are going through. God will judge them, just like us; except the pastors are on a tougher scale.

These for profit pastors don’t understand when wisdom begins! I do not want to be in their shoes when the time comes for the price to be paid for their efforts in this world!

There is a special place in hell for the people who use the Lord to get there ends ,wrong ,sad an pure evil.

The true Church= Ekelesia =called out ones= the body of Christ Jesus.

One final note: Paula White has been preying on Africa-American congregants in FL far too long. Why can't they see what we see?

As long as men look up to men, they will never be able to see what God wants them to see. Men have used men to replace God, so in their reprobate minds, they see such men as representatives of God and would become like sheep being led to the slaughter. The other side of the issue is the matter of enchantment. That may not be common in the West, like it is common in Africa.

This is one of the reasons I stay at home I have my alone time with God and he knows my heart ❤️ I do miss singing and the fellowship but the scene these days it's not like the old hymn books in the pew

Denominations are Not of God, Christ is Not decided. The true Church, Ekklisia = called out ones. Where 2 or 3 are gathered in His name, He is there.

Thank God for the pastors that are truly teaching and following the word of the true and living God!

My biggest fear is that, not only the pastors but the congregants, will stand before the Lord Jesus Christ and hear Him sqy: "depart from Me, I never knew you " What a terrifying thing to hear.
