I think probably 9/10 Christians would say that “The Lord helps those who help themselves” is in the Bible, if not 99%! We just don’t know our Bibles like we need to anymore. When I first heard that I thought it was funny but I quickly realized that it wasn’t funny at all. We’re in a “famine, not of food but of the Word of God” especially the Old Testament.

He was always his fathers son even after he admonished his father and left him. Just like that Jesus compared all of us to that prodigal son and Goad as the father of the two. This is why when we become baptised, we are RE-affirming God as our father. Amen

While you're at it, see if you can find the scripture that says "God wants a relationship with you". This is becoming the new gospel. It's a slight of hand. Yes, He lives in us and we in Him, but handing out the gospel as "God wants a relationship with you" is to an unsaved person's ears as "God wants to be your buddy". There's a reason we are hearing this left and right all the sudden, whereas we never heard this before; it's not something that leads to repentance.

Anytime I hear the words unity and diversity in the same sentence I close my ears. When it comes out of the mouth of a politician, I know we’re in trouble. These are the cornerstones of the faith of Satan. You know the next thing that’s going to happen when you hear those words is we’re going to talk about a One World religion. And for those of us who know the book ofRevelation, we know what that means, look around you at the world today how focused are the people of the world on unifying beliefs, and accepting diversity? How much has this permeated the Christian churches in the United States? We are not far from the end of the age. Praise the Lord-I worship only Jesus Christ as the true path to God. Only through Him will we see heaven.

Great movie! Religion never satisfies the spirit or soul of Man. Only an intimate relationship with the living God through Christ and his gift of redemption (through the shedding of his blood) can give us the greatest hope of eternity and the most wonderful Joy and pleasures of life.

The personal relationship with God, not church attendance or religious cults, is what matters. Wow, what a timely film. Remember 2 Chronicles 7:14 pertains to all believers today and is not just a historical reference. Man up, Woman up real believers.

Agreed. That is a line from Benjamin Franklin. People misuse it to justify their actions. At the same time the Bible calls for responsibility and rewards among believers. Nevertheless, a good catch and call on your part. Be a blessing.

Worth the watch, but pay attention. Not everything preached in it is intended to be a true message. A return to truth is what we need today as well.

A bit disjointed, but a good illustration. I would also like to see movies about George Whitefield, John Wesley and others from a century or two ago showing parallels to today, We need to know we've been here before.

In order to have everlasting life you absolutely must trust in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation ❤️ this means that saving repentance is turning from unbelief to belief.

I don't see Dean Cain or Kevin sorbo but I like the guy Jake he reminds me of David Jeremiah, and his brother Randy reminds me of Joel olsteen, two exact opposites! Jake has got that kind of heart that every believer should have! And Randy has the kind of heart, you need to stay away from! @@user-ty5ci2nx1h if you look at the verse you are referring to in context I think you will find that enduring to the end is talking about enduring persecutions, however great or small, and holding on to the faith. It is not talking about the great tribulation in these verses.

Christ Jesus is the only truth and hope.

As inaccurate as this is the bible does talk about a forced Sunday worship via the Catholic Church, a religious and political power.

If I had billions of dollars I would love to go to the poor in Mexico and everywhere else and help kids everywhere, there's only so much I can do monthly for Pakistan an Philippines, but as a new Christian author through God in the great city of Boston right now, if I do get signed on with a traditional publisher and there are a few interested in this author, then more of a difference can be made for Pakistan for Philippines for the homeless in Boston and everywhere I'm allowed to be a part of that God wants me to be! One book has been published so far in the traditional publishers are interested in it! I pray it leads to a contract this could really help the homeless! 🙏

Read your Bible and know the truth for yourself don’t depend on someone else to tell you what the Scripture says. By reading and studying the Scripture you will know when you hear a false preacher and a preacher who speaks the truth. John 8:31-32 So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, “if you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”
