I’m 2 years sober from alcohol this month! I was hopeless to any of my family. I was deeper in the darkness than I ever thought I could be. By grace and mercy alone, because Jesus truly is who he says he is. I called on him and he changed everything for me! . 2 years surrendered walking in this relationship with Jesus and my whole family is restored! There is HOPE IN JESUS!

This true story / movie is epic of God's eternal grace, how God turns our mess into a message for His glory, Amen. My daughter and I cried of the testimonies on behalf of Scott and how he was freed. Jesus truly is our Advocate when the devil, the adversary of our soul shows up. A timely story for my family. God bless you all 🙏

Redemption is possible for everyone. No matter what horrible things you have done in the past, just turn your back on it and look to the One who can pull you through it to move forward. God does and will forgive you.

Thanks for this upload. Even though my current life as a law abiding drug and alcohol free woman has a life that frustrates as of late---- between my mom's health situation and a few other areas of concern in my own life-i must admit the Lord has granted me a pardon in court wen I deserved a harsher sentence .(I was high on mushrooms and I accidentally hit someone driving but she was okay physically) The situation was bad, though and yet the woman I hit dropped all charges and said she forgave me and just wanted me to get help. Talk about the love of the father in HER❤ God is good like that even if I currently don't understand His plan and purpose.

God’s love for us surpasses understanding..He never gives up on us. All honor, glory, praise, thanksgiving and love I give to our Lord and Savior now and forever, Amen 🙏

Been praying believing for my daughter, Amanda and her boyfriend, Sean. 2010 her husband took his life, she found him and she's never been the same. They were youth pastors. Now I'm praying and believing she'll desire to get help for alcoholism. 🙏💔I already have 9yr old Rachel in heaven. No more children going to heaven before me 😪🙏♥️✝️♥️

I remember i was given a book called the "Cross and the Switchblade" by David Wilkerson about him and Nicky Cruz (a bad dude) who also got saved and serves the Lord. Then i seen this movie ! Now i have to say this is the best movie i have seen since that movie. I'm so happy for Scott. Praise God. 🙏

Praise the Lord. I was a chronic alcoholic myself , drinking nonstop for more than 23 years, been to rehab, locked for seven months. But he never left me. He was right there. Now I am clean since the rehab 2014; ten years sober and continue. I am a Buddhist from Ladakh Himalayas and my wife is a catholic christen. I have seen him, several times while in the rehab. I am so happy I found this movie! It's one of my favorite movies now! I began watching it because Joey Lawrence stars in it and I have a movie he stars in and he is a phenomenal actor. This is a great story and I very much recommend it.

This is a really good movie about the grace and forgiveness of God. One problem though, why throw in calling the pastors wife a pastor? There is no such thing as a female pastor.

With God everything is possible

This movie made me cry so much even though I knew the end because I had read Scott's story. It made me cry because I did not trust God as I should have for my son. He was facing many years in prison for crime he felt he was wrongfully convicted of; he did do a lesser crime but not that one he'd go to prison for. So, he vowed he commit suicide if he went to prison. Through all this, I found out many young man have committed suicide for the same type of conviction, because they rather die than go to prison for that crime. I was afraid for my son, so I borrowed $15k to get a lawyer as the court appointed one, we felt, wasn't doing anything. Bottom line, I didn't trust God that He would get my son out of this. I saw that even with the hired lawyer, God is the One that touched the judge (a female judge) who gave my son a sentence that is not heard of for the so-called type of crime he had supposedly committed. The hire attorney is the one that told us, in all his years, he'd never seen that before. So you see, God moved anyway, regardless of my lack of trust. God was still glorified as He is the one that touched that judges heart to see through the lies and see that my son did deserve punishment for the lesser crime but not for the other crime that could have put my son in jail for 15 years along with other stipulations that would have scarred him and his life for ever. But my son didn't have to go to jail at all. He received two years probation and over 300 hours of community service plus the duty to pay restitution. God is a just and merciful God! I cried because I didn't trust God as I should have, as I saw Scott do; and for that I am ashamed. I pray my faith grow so much that when I am faced with such a challenge, especially a deserving one (due to my own sins), that I will trust God to do as He pleases for His judgements are correct; and in so doing I will please Him because I have truly trusted in Him. In looking for this one Scripture that David wrote about God's just judgements, I found the following instead, that I believe is meant for someone who will read my story here. Bless you, whoever you are. This is for you: 2 Thessalonians 1:11, "To this end, we always pray for you, that our God will count you worthy of His calling, and that He will powerfully fulfill your every good desire and work of faith,"

Stick it out tll the end. It's a long movie, but I promise you, it's worth watching.
