Doesn't surprise me at all. Most women i know that have jobs where most of their coworkers are female talk about how more toxic such an work enviroment can be compared to one with a more balanced male to female ratio. Due to women being more prone towards social warfare,.. career sabotage thru slanderous rumour spreading. Sometimes not career sabotage but just gossip/rumours and an bad attitude/unfriendlyness towards them without any reason except jealousy due to looks or their expensive clothes etc. Many women i know have also expressed how they prefer male bosses in the workplace since it lowers the risk of being treated unfairly due to some random jealousy or whatever may tick a woman off towards another. LIterally heard both of these things so many times my whole life so i reckon there is more than alittle truth to this phenomena.

Two #1 picks in a row usually translates into playoff success in pro basketball (Lew Alcindor/Kareen Abdul Jabbar, Larry Bird, MJ), but it's been a struggle for Indy so far. Thank you for this! As a new fan of the WNBA, seeing the media cover the negativity and the hate towards Caitlyn and how WNBA is today is just sad. WNBA should be a place where players and viewers come together to enjoy the sport of basketball! But in reality its not and its just sad to see it this way unfold.

Great words by Rachel, Yes the WNBA is an absolute disgrace of a basketball league. Now that league finally have more viewership thanks to Caitlin Clark's arrival, yet some of these experienced, veteran players have the nerve to verbally disrespect or assault her. I wish Caitlin was in a league where she's more physically safe. The WNBA is just too toxic for her so far. Besides academics, I definitely believe she misses her team in college as a member of the Iowa Hawkeyes women's basketball team already.

@@psingleton1463 that is not the point. You are missing the point. Her ability to play in the Big3 is irrelevant. It is about the bag. WNBA is full of losers. She cant carry the WNBA by herself. Ask anyone in America the names of 5 WNBA players? They can barely name 2 and that will not change even with clark. Of course she will be ineffective at the Big 3 but what is she doing now? She is basically playing football getting tackled for 50k a year so what is the point?

Thank you for speaking up on this about women especially in womens basketball and the wnba. Its clear as day to the rest of us the players are jealous and hate clark and targeting her yet theyre denying it. Shes the main reason the wnba is getting all this media attention and shes only benefiting the wnba so I dont understand why theyre trying to ruin it for themselves. If they do their best to make her become a bust or quit , the wnba will suffer and go back to the way it was before she joined.

Jealousy runs deep in women's veins. It's an Achilles heel of their nature, not only athletically but socially as well. Many of these players are prepared to sacrifice the league, even their careers, rather than acknowledge an "outsider" as an asset their future and to the WNBA. It's so petty.
