The Great (Reloading Videos) Purge!!!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I had to do something I really didn't like today, in order to save this channel.
As many of you have probably been noticing, firearms enthusiasts are in an increasing state of siege, thanks to the dictates of elites controlling social media. When it comes to KZread, for instance, it makes no difference if an activity shown is legal; what they host must meet with their personal, political agendas as well, it seems. They know what's best for us and those not in step with their beliefs can simply be made to disappear (often in coordination with other media giants).
Insulated from how the rest of the world lives, what is normal, safe and healthy for us is often viewed as shocking, dangerous and abnormal to them.
This is made very clear when it comes to their fearful reaction towards the subject of reloading ammunition - a legal activity that has been engaged in since the time firearms were invented and still practiced by millions of gun enthusiasts to this day.
Firearms users reload ammunition for themselves to develop ammunition that is more accurate and better suited to the individual firearms they possess. They also reload in order to save money and ensure they are less at the mercy of erratic global supply chains.
But such things are not understood by the media elites who (most often) have never owned or fired a rifle or handgun in their lifetimes (and, if they do, saving money on the cost of ammunition is the least of their concerns). For them, reloading ammunition is some sort of shady, dangerous activity engaged in by unstable nut cases, probably with plans to do harm to society - the same type of people who wish to make home-made guns. To them, there is no difference because of their ignorance.
So, in addition to banning videos of how to make guns, KZread has, inexplicably, decided to put ammunition reloading in the same category of threat. Makes zero sense but, as a result, we will soon no longer be able to obtain information on reloading using KZread, which a real shame.
Under threat of having this channel deleted, I have had to go through all my videos (over 400 in number) and delete every one that explicitly shows how to reload. To mitigate the damage (as best I can currently), I have decided to upload the deleted videos to a group on Facebook named "Bullet Casting & Reloading - Powder Coating Free Zone," as explained in this video. You can navigate directly to that group by clicking this link: / 648389258694472
As I deleted videos, I made a list of them. What follows is are the titles of the ones deleted, which should help you located them in the Facebook group:

Really sorry to hear they are on your case. When you watch all the crazies shooting 50 cals at tannerite or blowing stuff up it doesn't make sense they can do that and you can't cast, which is benign. Waiting on your next vids

Yeah, it doesn't make much sense, does it? Well, I'll just work with what I have. There's plenty of other things I can focus new content on. The reloading videos comprised only about 25 out of the 400 videos available here. Thanks for your support!

It’s a hell of a thing being forced to delete the very information new reloaders need to absorb to safely make their own ammunition - it’s a long journey to gain proficiency in all aspects of this sport & you can only learn so much from a reloading manual. I’m no conspiracy theorist but I firmly believe there is an agenda to strangle the shooting sports in all aspects to relegate firearms & the enjoyment of shooting to the pages of history - it’s very much the case here in Australia where I believe private firearm ownership would be outlawed eventually- it’s incredibly sad & impacts the most law abiding group of individuals in the country - the blatant censorship & restrictions becoming the norm on social media is just the start - cancel culture & demonization by the few of the many. Great video Don - thanks for all your efforts.

Thanks. I hear ya Marlin. I'm not a conspiracy-minded person either, but it makes sense that, if some people in government want to pursue a long term plan to rid society of guns completely... Impossible task as it is, they would want to have complete control over the production of ammunition. People being able to make their own frustrates such visions.

A very sad day that someone like yourself has been put in the position to feel the need to remove such wholesome content. I do feel you’ve been rather over cautious but I appreciate you have to consider & protect your channel in a larger sense. Personally I’ve always enjoyed watching & re-watching your content, not only as regards the information but also I greatly enjoy your presentation style.

Sad to see them go off here, definitely good info that has been removed. Glad you’re keeping it on the face space page, which is really not much better but hoped can keep there. Possibly check rumble too, believe they’d be safe there

Hi Tyler. I'm in the process of evaluating Rumble as a platform to use in addition to KZread and it looks good. I think I will be migrating the affected videos (and more) over there to make them more accessible. To find it, the Rumble channel has the same name as this one ("The Way To Native Chronicles"). Here is the first video tested on the new Rumble channel: rumble.com/vp7gih-channel-overview.html

Move to alternate platforms that don't have these restrictions...Rumble UgeTube etc....get off of Facebook and KZread! Remove your content and move....if they want to purge money making content, let them

Thanks for the suggestions, but there are a couple of problems with them: First, reloading doesn't form the majority of content on this channel and, since that has now been moved to an alternate platform, the remainder is relatively safe. Not much of a reason to leave now. Second, I need to bring in some income from the channel to help support what I'm doing. Realistically, the alternatives won't do that. Producing good content costs money (in time and equipment) unfortunately and this is the only way I can afford it. Cheers.

It is unbelievable that a group of obviously strange people should choose to victimise a channel that so obviously deals with the historic aspect of firearms, I have no wish to have anyone pursuing a legal occupation banned from posting videos, but there are some pretty marginal legal activities being put up on youtube, even to the point of being irresponsible, so to put pressure on your historical based programme is illogical. In Europe the situation that prevails is that firearms owners/users are the most steady and reliable citizens in the country, (certainly much more stable and honest that the politicians making the rules), so maybe that is the main difference in the attitude of strange people like youtube, their perception of peoples intent is warped! Stay safe ! Chris B.

Oh my friend this has started I want to say 3 years ago. I got my casting video deleted too back then. I have a feeling it's bots doing the dirty work based on keywords taking down videos. I doubt very much they got manpower to sift through with humans. Eric Cortana kind of proved this with talking about an object calling AR15, it's hilarious video.

Thanks for the extra confirmation regarding this Dima. Yup, it's the work of bots and, likely, their ability to pick out "offending" videos is continually being enhanced over time. They may not even need to rely solely on wording even (analyzing the images themselves).

@@TheWaytoNativeChronicles thank you for saving these valuable videos! I would also recommend Bitchute and Odysee as platforms that protect free speech. They also have features available to automatically upload and back up your videos from KZread or other platforms. Facebook may work for now, but they aren't friendly to gun owners and it is only a matter of time before they start censoring these types of videos.
