The Golden Eagle - King Of The Mountains
When the golden eagle watches for prey while gliding over its hunting ground, hardly flapping its wings, snow and black grouse, groundhogs, hares and other animals had better watch out. Even the quick kestrel can't escape when the golden eagle has it in its sights. The fox and the common raven may be more intelligent than the golden eagle, but if they aren't careful they might also end up as a meal for the young eagles in the eyrie. The golden eagle is an extremely crafty hunter: optimally exploiting all cover, it glides close to the ground over knolls and low hills along hillsides and attempts to surprise its prey from a short distance. When it spies prey, it swoops down onto it in a nosedive. The eagle has already killed the surprised prey before it even realises what is happening to it. However, the golden eagle has also mastered another very efficient and energy-saving hunting method: lurking on a perch, it attentively observes the environment, swoops down onto the unsuspecting prey and instantly kills it with its mighty claws.
This film guides viewers into the realm of the golden eagle. It accompanies the mighty hunters of the skies on patrols through the terrific mountain scenery of its hunting ground. The viewer is also right up close when the majestic bird, almost without beating its wings, glides over its realm of forests and canyons, suddenly stops and swoops down on its prey in a breathtaking nosedive.
The cameras installed in the gigantic eagle eyrie accompany the family life of the golden eagles through the summer until the young eagles leave the nest. At the same time, the documentary portrays the wild nature in the hunting ground of the eagle family and the animals and plant life that share their habitat with the "king of the skies". These are not only large animals like wild boars and bears. In the film even mushrooms and forest butterflies make an appearance, providing unprecedented fast and slow motion details of natural history, and allow the viewer to marvel at how diverse the interdependence of life forms is in the realm of the golden eagle, from the glow-worm to the "king of the mountains".
The recordings of only wild birds in their natural habitat make the documentary "King of the Mountains: Golden Eagles" an action-packed nature film, that nonetheless also guarantees poetic enjoyment of nature.

"The narration was amazing, helped me understand everything the video had to offer, it was so relaxing. I wish everyone who clicked on this video the most love, peace and abundance. You’re so much closer than you realize. I love you♥"
I live in the mountains of southern Colorado. Golden eagles live and do well here. Near where I work there is a large prairie dog town and the eagles hunt them. I have some good pictures of this. An interesting thing is the crows and magpies always try to drive the eagles away yet follow them to eat the leftovers. Watching a large golden eagle diving at wild turkey trying to get one of them to fly out of the low brush is interesting to watch. The turkey are not so dumb as you might think though.
Winning documentary! Watched it twice 🤗The Parent Goldens are so impressive with their skills raising the eaglets. God bless this beautiful young family 🙏😘❤️‼️

I truly love watching these documentaries! Thank God for the age of digital technology...and for the photographers... who have dedicated their lives to feed us with information like these via KZread. We're learning so much about the animal kingdom. May God continue to bless and keep them as they feed us with such valuable pieces of nformation from across the world.

So cool! From the US and our national bird is an eagle, so for that reason, I've always found birds of prey fascinating. Seeing a golden eagle go from egg to adulthood is incredibly entertaining. Seeing the challenges they face makes their survival all the more special. Seeing them fly really impresses upon me why eagles are featured so often in myth and legend, and in our modern mythologies like Tolkien's Lord of the Ring with the Great Eagles. They are very majestic.

useless fact: Those Eagles you speak of are actually Canadian Eagles...in the 70's because of the use of Pesticides the American Eagles were nearly wiped out so Canada started a breeding program with the USA and banned certain pesticides and their numbers eventually recovered

We have many Eagles here in Southern Oregon. They are always a treat to watch. I often see them waiting in the trees near my boat and will swoop in and grab the fish soon as I toss them back in. Smart damned birds!

Yahshua (Jesus) is the Way the the Truth and the Life.He is the only way to God The Father. Come out of Babylon and be saved, cut off all idols. When the Messiah comes He will cut off those who are despise Him and those who have not answered His cal. Call upon Yahshua and be saved. The scriptures says come out of Babylon and be clean. Come out of her pleasures, lies and etc.Seek Yah and be saved while you are here on earth right now. There is no other gods there is only one way to the True God and that is through Yahshua
The man helps to incubate? And goes out and find food for family? Takes it back to the nest and the mother divides it for the kids? Waw ! No mistake that naturally a man and woman belongs together
when ever you watch a film about nature and all of the birds animals insects plants you notice that they all are interdependant of each other, such as the nettles and the butterfly, but humans seem to not have any purpose other then destroy nature.

Can't you guys intervene if you saw that the young eagle is already dying? You should take the sick eagle and treat it instead of just watching it die. That young eagle could have lived if it was treated by humans.
