Europe's Great Wilderness - Episode 1: Life Below Zero | Wildlife Documentary
Watch 'Europe's Great Wilderness - Episode 2' here: • Europe's Great Wildern...
Over the last million years, our planet suffered a series of major ice-ages. Much of the northern hemisphere was covered in ice sheets several kilometers thick and creatures had no choice but to adapt or die. Over time, temperatures rose, causing these glaciers to retreat, however, in certain parts of Europe the ice-age never left. For many creatures, the struggle to survive 'a life below zero' continues.
Europe is the second smallest continent, yet is incredibly diverse. Its temperatures range from 40 degrees to minus 40 degrees across several ecoregions. Europe's Great Wildernesses is a three part series exploring its wildlife and the mosaic of habitats in which they live.

Awesome video, just wish the measurements and weights were also in the standard system, not just in the metric system.

it’s quite easy to convert. 1 mile = 1.6km and so on. Just use a converter at first. You’ll get the hang of it. Plus it’s used in most countries around the world.

I second the motion,,
"Gas particles of the Sun"? Obviously, the author(s) do not understand basic physics. Gas is one of the four states of the matter: solid, liquid, gas and plasma. Actually, charge particles emitted by the sun interact with the magnetic field of the earth, and that is the origin of this unbelievable phenomenon. Apart of that the documentary is beautiful. Thanks.
Nature sound is better The music is very annoying
"our planet?"
*Too much drama music!!!*
