I was a us marine, some guys that could bench press 300lbs or do 40 pull ups weren't always the ones you wanted in situations like that, there were some crazy cats, that you were thinking, that guy is the frickin nuts but in a good way, I need that guy when shit hits the fan

My grandfather was an officer in the US Army, and survived the Bataan Death March. He is credited with saving his men by marching them to the front of the line every night when the line had stopped so they wouldn't fall out. He was in a Manchurian POW Camp for 3 1/2 years.

My grandpa was stationed in the Philippines. He never got real serious with his stories about it. Mostly comedic stuff in a darkish humor kind of way, loved his stories.

You should check out his videos on Stealing a U-Boat and one of my personal favorites The Last War Chief. Reckless is also a great one as well. Love the reactions. Hat tip from across the pond.

You should checkout his video on the US Infantry, it is what made him famous and where quakebang grenade came from. Another guy u will love is Habitual Linecrosser who is famous for his shorts and videos debunking myths and going over Air Defense Systems/Missles

22:37 that was why my cousin got PTSD, he was in MARSOC and was the team leader, he watched his best friend/team medic get blown up infront of him. He lost his faith in God and completely changed. Tho i hear he is doing better.
