Interesting/informative/entertaining. Excellent photography job enabling viewers to better understand what/whom the orator was describing. Germany's demise was the WW-1 dispatch runner 🏃 corporal Hitler 😈. Declaring war on the states without consulting his experienced generals.

Infamy doesn’t seem to last as long as it used to. Just try asking a millennial or generation Z what happened on Dec 7th 1941 and see what kind of answer you get.

I'm Millennial, too. I really admire the heroes died for their countries and for the peace. But, sad truth most of my generations doesn't know what what happened with this times.

That sounds about accurate. There's more relevant history to know than just WW2. Trying to cram that into a single soul will easily overload / overwhelm even the most avid of historians. And what does knowing history effectively teach us except that it's ineffective in effectively preventing violent conflicts. Our disposition is far worse than most are willing to admit: roughly 20 years later, with the Great War still fresh in everyone's minds - we're dragged back into the most deadly conflict to date. The H. G. Wellses of the word are sadly still amongst us today. You can educate the shit out of the entire world, resulting in humanity being more effecient at killing. What's worse than having no hope? Having false hope that everything will get better. Better with education, better with politics. I think Einstein is quoted saying: insanity is doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results. Politics is rooted in power, and not a solution to the world's problems. Education? Germany was the most euridute country the world has ever known, yet it was a nation of gas ovens and concentration camps. Educate a thief that steals a watermelon, he'll rob an entire train of watermelons. The war to end all wars has not yet occured. That war will be the war that brings about the extinction of the human race (interstingly, this has been mentioned before, Matthew 24:22).

It was the Japanese Navy at Pearl Harbor. Not the Japanese Army Air Corp. Wait. Marshal in Hawaii? OK, that's it. I'm out.

Boy, the defensive strategy of the BRITISH possessions was very poor and lousy. They were too overconfident and their commanding officers were lousy.

I' m sorry, but the PHILLUPINES became a U.S. territory in 1898 when the U.S. won the SPANISH AMERICAN war and SPAIN gave up to the U.S. PUERTO RICO, CUBA, the PHILLIPINES, GUAM. Later on CUBA and the PHILLIPINES gained independence from the U.S.
