Peter Parker as a teacher. Freaking FINALLY, someone adapted this aspect from the comics into his character. It's too bad a school schedule isn't conducive to superheroics, because being able to teach kids science so they can find the same passion he did, WITHOUT needing to put on a mask, feels right up his alley.

The PS5 really showed off when Miles got absolutely launched by sandman! Dude flew like 30 city blocks with no frame rate dips or LOD pop-ins.

​@IngenieroMan It's an ingame engine cinematic, which helps but it's still not something older consoles could do because of slower hard drive. The assets still have to be loaded in real-time. Main trick is likely a bit of motion blur to help mask certain things.

Literally one of the most badass intros to a game I’ve ever seen. The music, the combat, the dialogue. Couldn’t have done better Insomniac!

so these spider-man games are like bad movies? unless you're 9 years old, what's the appeal? edit: just realized what this fight reminded me of - Doom: Eternal's fight with the Icon of Sin. Except without all the depth, frantic gorgeous action, decision making, cool adult art style, etc. But hey you have canned quips though.

The school as a hub of sorts for Peter and Miles would have been neat. It would be a nice nod to the Straczynski run to have Peter take on missions from his students.
