@@amvlabs5339 not any person can just get good at track. While it does take training and getting the proper running form, you need natural talent too. Basically all Olympic sprinters have the best running form they can get, but they aren’t all the same speed. You have to be fast to run fast

@@miashoe2509 that's absolute nonsense. Height, training and not having health issues/impediments related to movement are what make a great runner a great runner. No one born with "talent" in running. There's no such thing as talent in track. It's the complete opposite. You have to focus real hard to discard your bad habits to actually run in the proper form and squeeze every ounce of speed out of yourself. It's why runners all come so close to each other, just like F1 racers. It's all about training and technique and more than ever, science these days.

@@amvlabs5339 @AMV Labs What absolute BS. Of course some people have natural talent in running just like some people have natural talent in ball sports or swimming. But in that natural talent it might be some people have faster twitch muscles or bigger lungs and were born to run fast. Of course training makes a natural talent into a champion, but saying natural talent isn't a thing is retardation.

His speed was very impressive, but what was more impressive was that he could keep the maintain the same form for the whole race. Im in 8th grade now and I was in a race with him. We were tied at first but after 100 metres or so, i started to go slower and slower cuz i was tired, but he ran at the same speed and only slowed down when he was a few metres away from the finishing line. I finished at 2nd place yet the difference between first and second place was like almost 50 metres and that was only because he slowed down at the end or else it wouldve been even more.

Man God gave that kid crazy good genetics. The most I ever got my 400 was like 70 seconds but that's totally fine with me because I gave it everything and trained harder than most but I just mostly compete with myself. I mean the 400 wasn't really my race but like still hard to believe like a ten year old could be best me at it, maybe not in the long run but wow.

@iMonkey Well it's the genetics I got and the body God gave me so, 🤷 and I run more the longer distance.yeah If I was like born Kenyen then that might be different but he predestined me to have this body. I would say about 1/3 of running is genetic, how tall you are, body type, conditions, abilities..., another quarter is how good your coaches are, if they are supportive and challenge you but don't get you injured and know how to train, and your training regement, discipline, what you eat, and sleep, overall physical, emotional, spiritual health, about another quarter is your mental toughness, tenacity, and shear will, and only about an 1/8 is your form and skill.

I don't like the outfit and attention. He has phenomenal potential....BUT ONLY if he keeps working hard. He needs to be humble AND WORK. He has done nothing yet...he is training for the big time. Many many kids like him fail later because they don't realize they have a to train to continue success.
