My wife and I are both INFJs. We married this year and have been together 5 years. After both being married previously, we both agree that it is increadibly easy to be together. We especially resonate with the alone time whilst together mentioned in the video and having the same love languages! This video was eerily accurate actually! I hope we get many years more together like some of the earlier posters have mentioned!!!! Good luck single INFJers! Hope you find your special someone too!

Hits the nail on the head. I had tried researching INFJ x INFJ information and videos since finding out my partner is one shortly after we first got together, but none of them felt like they knew much about the dynamic vs just saying if they personally agree with the combination. This video feels like it hits on key points so well and even makes it easier to understand some things. I no longer long for absolute solitude in alone time, I'd rather spend alone time right next to my INFJ boyfriend while we do separate activities in the same room. My social battery has never felt as full as or as recharged before having met them. I really do feel understood, we even seem to almost read each other's minds, being on the same page often. Best relationship I've been in so far! -From an INFJ

Ohh, I know someone , he is younger than me and we don’t see each other often but for every few months or so ( we work in the same area ) but every time we meet and chat about life, the feeling is hard to describe… is like interacting with you folks here, the only place I can be my truly “ self “ if it makes a sense ? Outside this community and my friend no one knows mostly anything about me … I tried in my past and it never went well so I just keep it to myself. Stay true and I am really happy for you . This brought tears to my eyes. After 32 years, I not only discover that my beautiful late wife was an INFJ -A..the same as me, but we were also soulmate twin flames, with a 32 year age difference, me being the younger. It’s been 9 months & am currently working through my grief, which this video has been part of the journey of understanding. I have been looking through our old love letters from the early days & it hit me, just how incredibly lucky I have been & also questioning of how much did I take for granted, to be so authentically loved & appreciated. I can tell you from experience, that what you are saying, is pretty close to the mark, both in terms of INFJ + INFJ partnership. We had the most amazing time, which didn’t always seem apparent at the time, but because we were both the same, we just ‘got’ each other.

I did meet another INFJ at a party a few months ago and it was the most intense and overwhelming experience of my life. We talked until 8 in the morning all night long about everything and even thou we wanted to talk even more we were so drained that we just laid there on the grass until the time came to go our separate ways. We met up again not too long ago and the connection is real, never have I felt so at home before with someone, unfortunately we are in so different places in our lives that for the time being it`s not going anywhere. In conclusion I can say that it can be a very bittersweet experience and knowing that you will most likely never meet someone like that ever again makes it even worse.

INFJ kids must be very lucky to have 2 knowledgeable INFJ parents. I had no idea until after INFJ vs Narcissist episode and I found out why I am the way I am. I can't imagine the magic, honestly.

It’s possible but extremely rare, I plan to take my INFJ-T friend to travel around the world. Having just one person who understands you when no one else can, not even family or friends. Is enough for me. INFJ-A here.

I’m still continuing my career path, fired from my last job for speaking up about some bs, looking for another job but grateful to work where I am now. No longer talking with my best friend. She took my kindness and love for granted, and she realizes that now. She’s special, Deep down I wanted it to be different and she felt the same way but I’ll never make the choice to go back to her if you aren’t able to learn from your self destructive behavior. So now, I love her from a distance like the majority and continue to give all to the minority in my circle.

@@koylejeune4332 i’m sure things will look up for you. i recently dealt with a similar pain years ago, where i spoke up and got fired. i’m glad you were able to acknowledge that this is a season in your life that will get better, because that’s a step in the right direction. as for your friend i think you made the right decisions and you can now look for friends with more experience in the field. someone you trust will come along and you will find a place that will cooperate with you, i promise. you’re very strong to have dealt with all of that, so I know you’re capable of brining yourself back up

INFJ-A, my husband was 13 yrs older than I and not an INFJ, but we were together 45 yrs. My new boyfriend is 12 yrs younger and is! Wonderful being myself.

My husband and I and we work great together! 31 years together!

The face she made was priceless, the she asked what that was , I simply smiled and said: When you find it out, you’ll understand. @@franzjosefmueller-alban509 Honesty is always best, even if it appears harsh. For me, it's all in the eyes. You see, her eyes tell me the truth. When I inevitability begin to get philosophical, well, either her eyes brighten, widening slightly, as her pupils dilate out of interest, or her eyes gloss over in a blank stare. And yet, she'll nod politely. I usually attempt to see if she may find her own way into a deep conversation. If I encourage her to do so, that is. I ask a series of open-ended questions, each meant to build upon her previous answer. I follow up with close-ended questions, each designed to reveal personality type. Then, I seek to learn whether or not we line up on core principles and beliefs. I use indirect questions to gage such, mostly because I don't want her to feel as if she's being interrogated. I remain as open-minded as possible, being that though I might not find my "soulmate" in the interaction, perhaps I may learn something new, acquire insights from a perspective divergent from my own, or even make a lifelong friend. You never know. After all, sometimes it takes a while for some people to open up. At the end of the day, if I am being completely candid, I desire to find an INFJ like myself. However, I've yet to engage one in any meaningful dialogue. My apologies, I appear to have gone on a bit of a tangent. I wish you well on your journey to find her whom you seek. @@briangreen8033 ha ha, not at all, I enjoy interacting with our community. I spend more time reading the comments than watching the videos... My method is way simpler, Many times, it takes no more than a minute to figure a person out. One of my first cognitive memories was observing people, how they stood sat, talked, moved, etc I knew more about body language long before I learned the " word " at school and then... I associated people my entire life with a color ( decades later) I learned about " Auras " which I don´t see per se but, I picture the person in a specific color. My older sister? she has a strong yellow, my younger a light gray ( in her good days ) or a dark gray most of the time so whenever I " see " darker colors in a person I just stay as far away from them as possible. Then again, the color scale changes with the mood of the person I would say but whoever has a grayish coloring it normally means a dark personality. Many years ago ( maybe 20 or so ) an old woman stopped me on the street and told me that I had the whitest aura she had seen in her life... that time it made no sense to me at all until recently learned about INFJ´s and all that stuff, for example, I will never paint any wall in my house other than white, or when I was a kid, I loved to wear white clothes so many times, I found out if there is a particular color of anything you own, furniture, clothing or jewelry that you feel somehow drown to it, it is associated with your own aura. cool? All points are very true. I am an infj dating another infj since last 1 year, before that we were mutual friends.

I’m an a INFJ married to an INFJ. Our biggest differences is that I’m an INFJ-T and he is an INFJ-A I’m Turbulent and he is Assertive. 😁 We have very few problems.

My best friend of 24 years recently did the test and found out she is also INFJ, like me. We are best friends for a reason, we get along great! Only difference is, she is INFJ=A and I am INFJ=T

My best friend since 8 yo till today 31 yo is INFJ as me too. It feels more like twin sister relationship than friendship. I don't feel anxious around her like i do with other friends.

1) "Awestrucking"? 2) I have a hunch that an INFJ-T (me) and an INFJ-A could be a really good pairing-complementary yet intuitive. I would never reduce someone to a type, but I imagine that type of mutual understanding could be a unique and surreal feeling.

I seem to draw other INFJ friendships to me but only recently found a romantic relationship which we both believe to be a true soul connection We are going to get him tested - we are very sure he too is a rarity If he is in fact a INFJ male I highly recommend this pairing We are completely in sync Perhaps he will he ENFJ because he is a bit more enthusiastic about social gatherings but we both prefer solitary down time, both are sensitive and private with only a handful of close friends Never been so validated

Intense relationship that absolutely explodes when it ends. Worth it? Maybe.

My mom and I are both INFJ’s! It has helped a lot with communication and mutual understanding while growing up. The conversations we have are so different to the ones I have with other people it’s crazy. I can describe things to her that other people would normally not understand. 2 people with the rarest personality type in one household haha pretty rare

I have an INFJ friend and I am an INFJ .... Actually we built our friendship much later since we didn't recognize our similarities at first....

Me and my husband are both INFJ’s. It’s more liberating and awe-striking than I had ever dreamed. We didn’t know we were both infj’s until this year, and now we are learning so much about one another.

I change character a lot at social settings. Not a weird way but fun way Very entertaining at least for me but that’s the point of going out right..

My MBTI is an Infj-A but luckily my best friend is an Infj- T. So yeah we were wery easy going and comfortable for each other. Never the same by others since we were always been being chaotic friends throughout the years without knowing that we were both infj's.

dont knock it until you have tried it. I was married 25 years, he cheated. I met an infj in an online support group and we couldn't stop talking. he wanted me to take the test. found out we are both infj. it has been amazing in so many ways. I wasted 25 years of my life completely misunderstood and craving connection. I have everything I was missing and so much more.

My first boyfriend is an INTJ and we connected intellectually before the physical intimacy.

Any of if you among us watch these videos and kinda fantasise about someone els watching this and finally understanding us?

The only issue we had with each other as an infj couples is the stubbornness..oh God I'm really struggling with that 😅😅😅

the fact that all of the INFJ characteristics fit me to the letter. I'm still not sure that I'm ready to make the claim that that's what I am. But I know my partner for the last 8 years, well she definitely is not infj.. And has absolutely zero understanding when I try to explain it to her. I've had her watch a few of these videos hoping that she picks up and at least gets an understanding. Best comment I got back so far was, I can't help it if you're easily overwhelmed, perhaps you need to stop thinking so much. Lol 🙄 And when we do attempt to have conversation she consistently tries to talk over me or speak for me... Good grief .. it's tough to discern who the narcissist is, especially since they want to lay claim to anything good.

My wife and I are both INFJs and have been happily married for almost 18 years. I’ve dated different personality types but I feel I am most understood by my wife and I understand her the best since we relate so well. Another funny thing is that 2 of my friends that I have known the longest are INFJs as well.
