I know they make for longer videos but I definitely prefer the follow along style yoga/stretch videos where the trainer does the entire thing alongside you. I'm not going to do part of it, pause the video, do it a couple more time, play the video for the next part, pause it again... I just won't do it and instead find some other video to follow.

Just did this and want to say I agree. I usually pick a video based on how much time I have - today I had 15 minutes, and then discovered that to do both sides it would actually take twice as long. Not ideal.

Both sides without having to pause would have been appreciated, especially bc the ad insertions already force a pause to the flow. But routine felt great.
Is this for strengthening or just stretching?
We have been doing this for thousands of years, we speak Indian score Surya Namaskar. Mean sun salute asan. Bharat mata ki jai
would I need yoga pants too to follow along with the routine?

definitely not! Any athletic type clothing will do! Enjoy!

Great routine, but it’s annoying that she can’t just make it follow along and walk us through both sides of each exercise.
