I just want to mention - I really like Becky and can listen to what she has to say all day long. But Keith adds something that is extremely helpful which has to do with how he explains things, or the examples he gives. Becky is wonderful; but both of you together, are powerful. Stay with us Keith - you are needed. And I think this mission is just beginning.

Cold showers are great if you live in an area with hot weather. The problem is when it's not hot cold showers are uncomfortable. When I spent time in Florida I always had cold showers because it felt good after being out in the heat all day.

I’ve been drinking cold water first thing for years because I’m always thirsty when I first wake up. I always felt that it was the cold that was jump starting my wakening. Never considered that there was an actual metabolic effect, but it makes perfect sense from an equilibrium perspective. I’m a scientist (retired) and I find this sort of information fascinating. Thanks for the continued excellent content.

My doctor didn't tell me how to take my thyroid pill, except "before breakfast ". But I would drink 32 oz of water and eat a meal with some supplements including minerals right afterwards. I was probably flushing out with water or chelating it with the minerals. I did my own research because the pill wasn't working. So now I take it on an empty stomach and wait 2 hours. I I do it at 5am, I can now strategize to take the 2 cups of water by 7am. 😊👍

Thank you so much for expanding on the osmolarity benefits of water/metabolism. Reverse effect of then when you GE sends you for that endoscopy exam and you have to drink that disgusting hypersaline solution. Maybe that's one reason (besides low carb'ing) that I keep the weight off, cause I drink well over 300ml of water as soon as I'm out of bed, especially if I'm going for a morning bed-to-runners run routine. I guess taking that AC Viniger should wait? Water is my 1º beverage, actually. Always 4L of it in the fridge.

I appreciate this information. You both are great at delivering valuable information. I started the morning water protocol. Maybe I missed something, how long should one wait after that 500ml of water to take supplements? I have read everything from seconds to 20 minutes. I usually take Tracminerals Megamag 400 1 dropper full, 188 mg potassium, Acetyl L Carnitine, Alpha Lipoic Acid and 5 drops of Traceminerals Iodine solution first thing in the morning. Before going to the gym for a workout I take 5mg creating and another 5mg after my workout. I did a cool shower once so fart will be doing it more. Thanks again for a super fantastic video.
