Thank you so much!! ✌️✌️ we really appreciate that!
Great info...I loved seeing the difference between the snatch formats & the band exercises to light up the posterior! Your vids are certainly educating me regarding CrossFit. I bought some class passes to our local gym & this is really helping me prep to feel good about getting started. Thank you!!
Someday, if I really work hard, focus and be determined, I might be as fit as her left arm

Thanks guys great video very helpful. I am one of those people that blow their back up early in this movement due to not hinging properly, so I will try these movements next time and see how it goes.
I use the first more “snatch” position when I get tired. Also, thanks for showing both of those hand switches. I think taking that extra “pause” at the shoulders could be helpful!

@@Kristi-Eramo-OConnell I tend to use the pause at the bottom technique all the time, probably out of fear of dropping the dumbell on my face if I miss the pass, lol. Great video and thanks for explaining the different db snatch techniques.
Thank you for this. An exercise/movement I do a lot.

Brilliant video, I recently pulled my back doing a DB snatch set and the tip about pushing my butt out more I think would have prevented this. I’m going to try all these tips, thanks 😊

Super helpful. I'm alway getting some lower back pain. My hammies are tight and I forget to hinge at the hip better or my mobility gets me stuck. Thank you!

If h ammies are tight and lower back is angry try working on midline strength/stability as well as glute activation!! That can make a big diff for the lower back!
So pronated grip for strength work and hammer grip for conditioning? Does that make sense?
What does this work out good for what muscle does it work

2024.1!
How efficient is it to switch the DB @ eye level or overhead? I normally do the DB snatch like a KB snatch so my hand isn't twisted when bringing the DB back down if I do the traditional way & when I bring it back down I only touch 1 of the DB head on the ground.
