Bermuda like other ICC nations struggle with players exposure to regular good standard cricket. Most international matches fall way below first class standard in most countries. Try to either integrate these into countries 1st class structure so they play regular matches against overseas players and good experienced county players or rather than flooding teams with overseas players and kolpak players have one overseas and one ICC player in match team. This will increase exposure to players as well as for fans make them aware cricket is played outside top 15 teams in world.

This is so interesting to watch. Would be fun to watch videos on other Associate nations. I've read that Argentina was once very promising, then they had something like 21 consecutive losses in World Cricket League divisions as they kept getting relegated. Also we've recent success stories like Thailand Women's National Team. Africa is suddenly seeing a small burst of Cricketing activities among many non traditional Associate Cricket nations.

Bermuda should play n WI four - day domestic league just as how Zimbabwe used to play in South Africa four - day first class domestic league if want to enhance their game

Lack of discipline, failure to train properly, lack of respect for their coaches and not being allowed to spend enough time to train because they are all part time players with regular jobs. These are the reasons for the failure, not just blame on the small pool of players. Bermuda has punched above its weight in soccer recently, beating 2018 World Cup qualifier Panama in Panama, leading Mexico for many minutes in a 2019 game in Mexico and only losing at the end in the CONCACAF Nations League, leading both Haiti and perennial World Cup qualifier at halftime and also beating Nicaragua in the 2019 Gold Cup. But then as in cricket, sometimes the top players won't play in some of the tournaments, citing schooling and job concerns. Can you imagine Harry Kane not playing for England in a tournament, LeBron James not playing for USA basketball ?

Shame on you WI you have never invited neighboring Bermuda to play in your four - day domestic league hence they can develop cricketing skills. Shame on you too England you have nevet invited Scotland, Denmark or Netherlands to play in your four - day County Cricket Competition so these countries can get the experience to become test playing countries. At least white apartheid South Africa invited black Zimbabwe to play in her four - day domestic that is why Zimbabwe today is a test playing country. It time ICC wake up realize that one day cricket bracket it with 20/20 overs does help a player or country to develop their game it is four - day.
