I’m done buying premium/flagship products that breaks the bank since for my use even the base models works just fine. I may go with this setup

Mike Rose Though I would probably take a look at the new iPad Air :) I think the difference between the Air and the regular iPad is big. The all-screen setup with the laminated display is the biggest advantage in my opinion (beside the processor probably). :)

Apple could have easily made the regular iPad look like the new air/pro, but they haven't thus creating a "problem" for consumers and thus pushing these guys onto the air making you spend more money. In my opinion, work from the bottom up than top down until you get to the point you got what you need

Miro That is a good advice to go from the bottom up. :) The main selling points for me, to upgrade to the iPad Air are the all-screen design and the laminated display. ...and processor, though the A12 should be enough for the most part, I have it my iPhone XS and it works just fine. :) Edit: I also used a iPad 6. Gen 2018 for a while and the it got warm watching KZread videos, didn’t handle my mouse that well (which my 2020 12,9” Pro does), scrolling was a big issue with mouse. And the screen wasn’t doing it for me, the space in between the “glass” and the screen was something I didn’t like. If I wouldn’t need the 12,9” display I would highly consider the Air. :) But the regular iPad should be a decent choice by now performance wise. :)

I remember once Xiaomi teased Apple by offering their "XS, XS Max and XR packages" and each of them have a phone with _amoled display,_ a _Windows laptop,_ Bluetooth headphones that could rival airpods and a fitness band

The iPhone SE2 is such an amazing phone. It’s my first apple purchase (for myself) and I fell in love quickly.. I finally get it, why people like them. So much in face that I woke up yesterday and drove to T-Mobile to buy an 11 while they still had some. I wanted a bigger screen phone to have with my tiny SE2 I’m following your setup from here on out tho minus the Apple Watch. I’m going to cop a Gen 8 iPad and a series 6 then hopefully by January some air pod pros.

My setup is an iPhone XS (bought 2nd hand), iPad mini 5th gen and Apple Watch Nike Series 7 (both bought new). I use 1st gen Echo Buds , which connect to all the above and have Dolby NR. Since getting my Watch late last year, I’ve stopped taking my iPhone out on dog walks, because I can use the Watch’s storage to download music and podcasts. Works really well for me!

Yeah, I have all of that, but instead the SE an 11😂 I think it’s a very good deal for all of us

It all depends on the budget you set and which devices you prioritize and use the most. For myself it is my iPhone, AirPods, Apple Watch, then ipad due to having a computer provided through work. So of course I spent the most on the phone and headphones then watch and finally a 2019 ipad seventh Gen. It is interesting to see the combinations you can create when entering the ecosystem. Once you own any of the tech, Apple products hold a great resale value to assist with upgrading over time which is another good reason to go with the apple ecosystem.

Currently using a MacBook Air 2020, iPhone 11pro, Apple Watch series 1 42mm and a iPad 6th gen, couldn’t be happier

I am 100% onboard with your recommendations. My setup includes the iPhone SE and AirPods. I prefer the form factor of the iPad mini and I also needed the ability to run some full-featured software so I went with the MBP you discussed. I also went with the Apple Watch S6 (upgraded from S3).

This is my check sheet to see if any of my tech is outdated

An iPad instead of a Mac, or a PC for that matter, really depends on the type of work you're doing. Especially in what concerns to MS Office, that is very limited in mobile version. If you're a content creator sure, but that's not the case in many jobs.

My setup: -Iphone Xr (2019) -3rd gen apple watch (I believe it’s 3rd gen- I’ve had it for almost 4 years) -Ipad 7th gen w/ $10 stylus from amazon -Airpods (2018) Works like a charm.

I bought my first Apple product last year. The iPhone SE 2020 so I’m already off to a good start. 😃 And I’m actually thinking of buying an iPad this year. And eventually AirPods. Not really an Apple Watch but good to know the info you put out there. So thank you so much for putting this video out, providing the info and links.

Usually the words “budget ” and “apple” don’t even live in the same universe no less the same country! (I remember buying a very average case for my iPhone 5 from them for $69 and an example now is their folio case for $79 when equivalent cases from other companies are maybe 10 bucks lol) But your set up - I guess- is about as close to being a reasonable economical beginning as you could ever get with the World of Apple! I can just accept everything you say :) I always had Samsung smartphones until i got the Airpods (1st gen), so i decided to get the iPhone SE (2020) and i like it so much. At least i bought the 1’’ iPad pro 2020 with the pencil and the smart keybord folio. I just love it. Air Drop is super, face ID on the iPad is nice but I also like touch ID.

I have the iPhone SE 2020 after upgrading from a 5s (yes, a 5s), got airpods a few months ago and got the new Macbook Pro about a month and a half ago... Ive been eyeing an apple watch for the holidays and when thats on my wrist, I think I am set. I don't see a need for an iPad but ya know, I wouldnt mind having one. Either way, apple has my soul 😔

@@Unknown1245732 exactly , also I have the gen 2s and my dad has the pros and they sound really similar. Honestly wouldn’t get the pros unless you need the noise canceling or if the normals don’t fit your ears. The normal ones have a tad bit more bass but they are both very balanced.

As a begginer photographer, I would choose the iPhone 8 Plus over the SE

@@ivanrabbath3864 Yes but when it comes to phone cameras, I like to "squeeze the juice" out of them. For example, until the end of 2019, I kept my Galaxy J5 2015 because I loved the post-edit pictures that I took with it.

The iPhone XR is also an incredible quality phone for the price. That is the center of my ecosystem. I also have the original airpods, a 13 inch MacBook Pro 2020, and an Apple Watch SE. Currently just trying to decide between the iPad Pro and IPad Air 4 for school. Just started college (from home due to the pandemic) and while I use my computer to watch zoom lectures I wanted to try and use an iPad for more organized notes.

I enjoy the iPad Pro a lot as well. I went for the 12,9“ version and it does not really feel that (or too) big once I got used to the size. Though if you would just have it for chilling on the Couch I might go for the 11“. But for my particular use, the big size is a must have. :) What type of case/cover did you choose, if any? :)

IF NY Neat one! :) ...and absolutely, the iPad Air is a great option. The colors are neat as well. :) And performance wise... yeah, pretty much the same. :) The iPad Air hat the most important stuff you‘ll need. :) In my opinion it is the best option for the iPad now. Unless you need the bigger screen. But hey, the iPad Pro is great as well, you got it a month/a month and a half earlier and get some a additional features, like a 120hz-Display an additional camera and also FaceID, which works really well for me. :) I don’t think you need to be too mad at yourself, if at all. :)

@@herrkeks8509 haha yea. I'm not too mad because I got the 1tb version and the air only goes up 256gb. That's the one thing I like about android is that u can edit directly from an external sd/hardrive and with iphones/ipads they need to import them before u can edit them. It's an extra step not a dela breaker. Also! To complain even more lol cuz that's what my generation does. I don't like that I can't render anything in the background that sucks a lot cuz even if the screeb turns off w.e. U were doing stops. But performance is unbeatable

I don't have any cellular, watch or headphone requirements really... as I am happy with the options I have for them right now ( Samsung mobile, standard wrist watch, a bunch of wireless, wired and studio headphones )... I also got too many HDDs in my bag, so I'm okay with entry level storage on any device that can still be either connected to USB drives or can be easily cleaned out by saving stuff through either USB connection to computer or cloud storage options. My list as of now - - Macbook Pro , base silver model but with 16gig ram (maybe refurbished or on a sale or something ) - iPad 8th gen , spacegrey 32gig storage, WiFi only - no headphone requirements, although i do have the free base model AirPods on my mind from the education store... - some decent USB-C hub for MacBook Pro - Apple's Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter for iPad 8th gen - a $25 knock-off stylus for the iPad - cover cases for both - maybe, a screen protector for iPad - a sleeve , to keep them all bundled so SOMEONE COULD FLY IT TO ME IN INDIA :p I started with a long list of things I had planned ( which also included Logitech's MX Master 3 Mouse and Keyboard Cases for iPad), but due to budget constraints, I kept editing my list over the months and I'm happy with my current state of the list ♥ Laptop, fully covered and with USB-C hub + Tablet, fully protected and with USB adapter and stylus + Sleeve

$1,186 is as cheap as you can get. This includes the base model iPad, iPhone SE, Apple Watch Series 3, and AirPods with regular charging case.

As a student,i tried to just use ipad for one term. I had a lot of problems with unsupport’d websites. Online laboratories arent supported by ipads and there are tests that can only be accessed on my mac; ypu need both. A lot of my work done required handwritten output so the ipad is better there.

I have: IPhone XS Max, Series 6 watch, 12.9inch 2020 IPad Pro & MacBook Pro 13.3 inch 2020❤️

I’ve got a good midrange apple ecosystem: iPhone 11, iPad Air three, AirPods with wireless charging case, and the MacBook Pro 13 inch low end model with for thunderbolt three ports or high end model with two thunderbolt three ports. For the HomePod, of course there’s only one model. Also, for desktop, you get the iMac 27 inch. Also, if you really really want an iPod touch seventh generation, the mid range one is the one with the mid range storage level which is I think extremely obvious. The base model Apple TV 4K is the mid range model of the Apple TV. I almost forgot one category. The Apple Watch! The mid range model of the Apple Watch would be the Apple Watch SE, unless you’re really looking at a scale. If you’re really looking at a scale, the mid range Apple Watch would be the bass model series 6. I bet you could find the exact middle of the Apple Watch.

My apple ecosystem: iPhone SE 2nd Gen 64GB iPad Air 1st Gen 16GB Apple TV HD 64GB iPhone SE is extremely fast, A13 really kicks ass. I recently upgraded from an 6s, ipad air was my childhood ipad and i have not been using it for 5 years but i started using it again when quarantine struck. Finally i got the apple tv 2nd hand for dirt cheap. I wish to get base model M1 Macbook Air in the future :)

I have an Iphone 6s, an Ipad 7 with a combo touch, an Airpods 2nd gen and a Watch series 3. Works fine for me. Now I can start to save some money for a Macbook which will take years of work and crying lol.

I know the price just dropped for the iPad eight GEN and I got an iPad mini for 64 GB for a few dollars less than the drop price, but I will stand by my product and own my purchase, and it’s just way more convenient for a smaller iPad for me.

You do realize that you made a blunder, and consequently won't get any warranty or decent post-sales customer service by buying at walmart, right?

My Budget Setup is as follows: I Phone SE ( normal Price), I Pas Generation 6 ( $418) but I got it for 300 with a Logitech case + keyboard included., Logitech Bluetooth mouse ( optional), Apple Watch series 3 ( I got them for 200$), AirPods 1st gen as a gift. In total is 929.99

FEB 2023: iPad 9 + iPhone SE 2020. Skip the watch and get an Apple Pencil 1 with Logitech K380 keyboard and Pebble mouse for about $160. Throw in an adjustable stand for $20 and you have what is essentially a touch workstation for productivity and drawing, plus a great phone.

I have a refurbished iphone se of $88.18 Don't miss understand it's 2016 model and that is my eco system what else I have is wish to have an ecosystem

By now it sounds kinda funny, when he says, Airpods Pro are the most expansive Airpods variant with 249$.

Though I’m neck-deep into the Apple ecosystem, I really don’t recommend joining the club on a budget. For this budget, you could get a way way way better set of techs if you don’t buy from Apple. Looking at the end result from this video is just sad. Switch the iPhone SE to Samsung A71 you’ll get a 6.7 inch bezzel-less OLED display. Switch the iPad to surface go 2 you get a full-fledge computer and tablet hybrid rather than just a technically mobile device. For headphone, there are lots of Bluetooth earphone to choose from that doesn’t cost over 100 dollars, and potentially noise canceling if you are okay using a headphone instead of earbuds. And this will give you a much better user experience and convenience. iPad as a computer just won’t cut it if you do not already have a computer. iPhone SE just won’t cut it if that is the only mobile phone you have. If you are on a budget, don’t buy anything from Apple, their prices are just not competitive in today’s tech market.

My apple ecosystem iPad Pro 12.9 inch (3rd generation) (512gb) Apple Watch (4th generation) AirPods Pro (iPhone 13 Pro Max 1tb)-I’m still using a 2015 android Apple Pencil (2nd generation) I got AirPods Pro on launch day and nobody had it, was such a flex.

It's crazy to think about is that you can get all these great products which does pretty much all the things you need for the same money of an single iPhone.

If you’re okay with more traditional wireless headphones, the BeatsX feature the W1 chip from the AirPods meaning they sync across all your Apple devices and are more form fitting than AirPods, not to mention cheaper at around $50-100 depending on where you look. Either way, good stuff.

My Ecosystem : iPhone XR Apple Watch series 3 2020 iPad Pro Apple Pencil Bose 700s noise canceling - Yea that’s it, the headphone are great might be my favorite out of these products

Great job on the topic of the video. Me personally I went this route iPhone SE iPod touch 7 and I ordered the iPad 8. EarPods vs AirPods I’d save that extra money and use the wired EarPods. With the saved money buy a case bag, and screen protector.

LifeIsShørt there really fun to play games on test betas and if you make apps, but it’s a great way to disconnect from the world if you don’t have social media apps on it.

Buy the logi touchpad and keyboard combo instead. That one is way better than apple’s own keyboard. And if you ask me, buy the airpods pro. It’s more expensive but the difference is worth it for sure. The sound is more detailed and the noise canceling is literally life changing.

Very happy that that’s my ecosystem, only differs on iPhone 11

iPhone 11, Apple Watch SE, and Airpod Pros is the best combo

I‘m using an M1 Macbook Pro, an 12.9 iPad Pro with the Pencil, and an iPhone 12 with an Apple Watch. I can get every kinda Pro-Task done I throw at it, it‘s an amazing setup. But I‘m sure the set of hardware you recommend is very capable Oh and btw, I‘m using Galaxy Buds Plus in blue, because the Airpods look super fugly.

I have just an iPhone SE (2016, 16 GB). It’s a wonderful phone and it got me moved to team Apple for good. However, the battery life can be pain. And they won’t be supporting them much longer.

iPhone SE is amazing! I recently got it and only payed 200$!
