My car's making 19.5 psi with zero belt slip. My buddy fabricated an upper tensioner that completely eliminates belt slip.

No, Speed Density uses the MAP sensor for air metering estimation so the MAFS didn't need to be upgraded. You do need to upgrade your MAP though to run speed density.

Yes, but there is a potential fix using a silencer that is being looked at.
