I know this is off topic, but I was wondering what impedes the full stretch / extension of hamstrings? I was extremely flexible but now it’s interfering, not letting me be able to fully stretch. I wonder if my situation has a solution or if I’ll die stiff, lol. Thanks for reading.

Thank you for the question. It's difficult to say why you have tension in you hamstring but there could be multiple reasons muscular, fascial and neural. The back of the leg (hamstring) is a component of the posterior chain that is made up of the back of the leg, calf and sole of foot. All these areas can play a roll if tense. Additionally, some can have excessive neural tension through the sciatic nerve holding them back. End range strengthening and mobility can help a lot. I'm actually currently editing a video for working this. Scheduled to be released next week so try that out.
