Advanced Diaphragmatic Breathing Exercises

Diaphragmatic breathing or belly breathing is a vital importance for everyday activities. Previously I reviewed belly breathing seated and laying in a supine position (on the back). Through this video I add on top of the beginner belly breath to incorporate different positions that will challenge you breathing abilities that much more.
