And what’s irony is, you putting your preach in the video that archeologically (kind of scientific way) video that proving the opposite of your believe. On top of that, you have no counter argument on the given thesis/finding, spoken by the video.. Having a blind faith could potentially lead someone into nowhere.. no different like 1 pagan tell to the other pagan that: pray to This Stone so the stone can give you nice dinner tonight..

Fires were the way to identify where somebody was and there were marauders and robbers that would attack and rob along that route. In the story Ishmael dies and was buried in a place called Nahom. He didn’t die in Nahom but he was buried in Nahom. Lehi said the place which was called Nahom which matters because he was naming these other things and places but not this one. Archaeologists discovered south of Jerusalem and along this trail an altar that says the city of “NHM”. There’s no vowels in Hebrew so Nahom is one of the prime candidates of what NHM would stand for. It dates to the time of Lehi and it was a burial place. Before the 1960s, most scholars believed the Mesoamerican monuments had no historical content whatsoever, but exclusively depicted and described gods and myths. However they discovered that by 400 BC there monuments (stelae’s) typically focused on a king or a ruler, depicting him as a warrior, providing a record of his actions and listing off the ruler’s ancestors. Dr. Jeffrey Curran Wynn, the chief scientist, Volcano Hazards, United States Geographical Survey responsible for 72 scientists at the Cascades Volcano Observatory. Dr. Wynn accepted the challenge to read and comment on the events of the American continent recorded in 3 Nephi 8 in the Book of Mormon. This chapter regards the great destructions at the time of the death of Christ. After a long and serious analysis of 3 Nephi 8 Dr. Wynn concluded that the evidence described followed the exact pattern of volcanic eruptions. The pattern is followed in every detail in 3 Nephi 8.

@@dylanwilliams2202 Born Again is not a denomination that I'm aware of, but obviously it states in the bible we must be baptized in the Holy Ghost to inherit the Kingdom of God. So that means you already know Jesus came here to baptize believers in the Holy Ghost, so we can be born again and reconnected back to God :) And I'm sure you know that the Holy Ghost is His own person, along with Jesus, to make up the One true living God :)

Hello, that is nice, I believe the Book of Mormon is a lie. There is no mention of someone, who would be under Elijah's Spirit as John the Baptist, Christs predecessor. Moroni, who was supposedly the last to write this fake "Gospel", lived supposedly after another 4th century fake prophet Mormon. So those accounts speaking of direct Christs revelations, prior to "discovery" of those plates are kind of strange. It is not even complementary with the Bible. The Holy Ghost doesn't turn you away from the one true church of Jesus Christ. John 3:5... without baptism and the gift of the Holy Ghost one CANNOT enter the kingdom of God. Which church do you think you are going to get baptized into and where do you suppose you are going to find the priesthood outside the one true church of Jesus Christ? The Church of Jesus Christ comes with direct confirmation of it's truth right from God. ALL true disciples of Jesus Christ in the one true church can perform miracles. In fact those in tune with the Holy Ghost can literally walk through public and pick members of the one true church out of a crown from all those who are not just based on who has the spirit of God with them. The spirit of God is so obvious and unmistakable it's very easy to see. Anti-Christ encourage people to follow arm of flesh ideas of man like this video instead of God. Notice that nowhere did they encourage people to follow God. Nope they instead encourage people to follow the lies of man and to ignore God. Also notice that anti-Christ almost CAN'T say the name of the true church correctly. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. See if you can find anywhere even once that the followers of the devil that hates the truth uses the correct name. Nope. They can say ANY name of any false religion but notice none of them use the true name of the one true church of Jesus Christ. Former member here and thank God my mom used to drop me off at Sunday school at the local Baptist church when I was a kid. The Mormon church is very good at hiding a lot of facts but even so after 3 years in the church I was able to identify the deception thanks to having learned the truth as a child.

For their other video, (“Which one has more authority or precedent, the bible or the Book of Mormon?”) This is a dumb question, What you are asking is the equivalent of asking which takes more precedence Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John? There are different things and lessons said in all 4 and each one is of value. Taking one of the 4 out and you would lose a lot of the message of God and story and witness of Jesus Christ. (“The abominable church is the early christian church”) That isn’t true. The abominable church is anyone, past or present, who claims to be of Christ with their lips but denies him in actions. (Matthew 7:21-23, James 2:14-26, Ephesians 2:10, Titus 1:16, Isaiah 29:13) When Joel was talking to the linguist, the linguist avoided the topic. When asked about if the bible has been corrupted he doesn’t answer and insteads talks about the Book of Mormon manuscripts. What makes it even funnier is that Joel said there are no manuscripts like it completely negates what is said in 1 Nephi, it doesn’t. Nothing was said here that disproves what is said in 1 Nephi. (Greg “There has been one manuscript and as it faded over time then monks would free copy it over and over again”) That is not at all how the apostasy is described in our church. This is why I don’t believe Greg is truly a member because most people would have given the answer of “the authority died with the apostles”. My answer would have been somewhat similar but not at all worded anywhere close to what Greg said. This whole section is pointless when you realize Greg isn’t saying that we actually believe. And again, having no manuscripts for the Book of Mormon doesn’t disprove the claim of things being taken out of the bible. The New International Version (NIV) bible and every newer bible translation since 1900's is the biggest example of this. In Genesis 2:19 a translation such as the New Revised Standard Version uses "formed" in a plain past tense: "So out of the ground the LORD God *formed* every animal". The NIV's version is "Now the LORD God *had formed* out of the ground all the wild animals" to try to make it appear that the animals had already been created. Not only is the translation not correct but it misses the very point of the narrative and changes the meaning of the verse, that the animals were created in response to God's declaration that it was not good that Adam should be alone. The NIV has also changed verses to be more gender neutral, changing “mankind” into “human beings” for example. Most newer translations have been translated from the manuscripts and they don’t match older bibles. Should I keep hammering this point in with researching the KJV and what King James changed or do you all see it now? This was more or less off the top of my head and with about ~15 mins of research for clarification (The last 2 paragraphs I actually had saved for other "gotch ya" questions so that is why I knew it), what do think I could find out if I actually sat here and spent the time to research? What is really frustrating is that this whole time he hasn’t even asked “What was taken out of the gospel?” or “What are the plain and precious things that were taken out?”. How can you say something wasn’t taken out or the prophecies of something being taken out is wrong when you don’t even know what you are looking for? This “conclusion” is very disingenuous and a huge strawman. Here is the answer to "what was taken out of the gospel" To clarify, when the Book of Mormon talks of plain and precious things being taken out of the gospel it isn't just meaning the bible, it is also how christians explain and teach the message of the bible. How the relationship of God and Jesus Christ is described, necessity of baptism and the proper way to do it and when you are really considered "saved", baptism for the dead/preaching to the dead, proper priesthood authority, the laying on of hands to recieve the gift of the Holy Ghost, keeping the commandments and not being a sinner and actually following Christ, exaltation, 3 kingdoms of glory, not worshipping idols (the cross and pictures/statues of Jesus Christ and Mary for Catholics), Creation ex Nihilo, Purgatory (For Catholics), God being a spirit, marriages continuing in heaven, and the importance of temples are all things that have been removed or changed or added later by creeds or you teach these things despite it going against the bible. All of this can be shown from the bible and/or history and I can very much expand on each of these points for anyone. The Book of Mormon is true and Nephi was a real prophet who lived anciently. Again, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is God's and Jesus Christ one and only true church here on earth. Stay in God's and Jesus Christ kingdom and don't be fooled by satan in leaving.

The Book of Mormon is FALSE because it describes massive battles with thousands of people dying while wearing BRASS ARMOR and not one sword, not one helmet, not one shield has ever been found. In fact, the only metal tools the Indians ever used were copper axes because they didn't need to be heated before pounding them into shape.

I love this stuff! I was raised a Mormon and fortunately God saved me out of that cult.

@@dylanwilliams2202 I humbly understand how this could be upsetting. I really feel for how this would make someone feel. However, if you are in an unsafe place (say a burning building as an example) would it not be right and good for someone to let you know? That is the motivation behind this message, that you enter eternity in safety and well-being. You are free to share any research backed by solid evidence that may have been missed, the object here is "what is true and why do we know it is true?" I have watched many of Joel's videos and based on his love of the truth, I do not believe he is doing anything by any other motivation than what he spells out at the end. May you find the peace and great satisfaction in knowing the one who is TRUTH, who is not just a set of provable facts, (although there are many substantial facts that match what is in both the Old and New Testaments) but the person of Jesus Christ as shown in the Gospels and fore told in the Old Testament. Keep in mind we are living in the very last of the last days and time appears to be short, none of us are promised tomorrow.

I'll never forget the first time I got an LDS family member to come to my protestant church. She had been questioning the LDS faith and had started to believe in the Jesus of the Bible. We had the Lord's Supper on that day and she asked if she could take it as well. I simply asked "Well, do you put your faith alone in Jesus Christ and believe that He is the only path?" She said "Yes" so I told her then of course she could and she burst into tears because she had never felt so accepted into anything or ever had it be that simple after all the shame and guilt. Today she is a professing Christian and is looking into removing her records from the church and I couldn't be more proud of her. I can't wait to share this video with LDS friends, any prayers for the LDS community here in Utah would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for this video!

@@dylanwilliams2202 Which version of the truth? Most Mormons dont even know how many textual changes to the BOM there have been. So do you believe in the trinity as Joseph initially did or Do you believe God is just an exalted man with his own planet and we are his spirit babies? Because the bible (old and new testament). clearly describe God as he described himself. Which is that God himself does not have a body and is so pure that we sinners cannot see him it would cause or destruction. So God has the Holy Spirit and his Physical form in Jesus the Christ. Jesus is God in the flesh not a child of god or sibling of Satan. But you can keep believing in the guy that was convicted of fraud for using his stone and hat to con people out of money under the guise of finding treasure. Dont forget that joseph Smith use to perform animal sacrifices as part of the process to find these treasures he said he had the power to find. Almost forgot the one time Joseph said it would require a human sacrifice to find the treasure. Yep clearly sounds like a man of God.

Did anybody tell you that two book of Mormon localities have been found? Recently Nehom was excavated exactly where the book of Mormon describes it and the name Nehom was carved into the ancient stone in the excavation. The non Mormon archiologists described as a burial sight. Joseph Smith had no possible way of knowing this long buried excavation existed much less identified its completely unknown location 200 years before it was discovered. The archiologists now declare it was a burial sight exactly matching the book of Mormon. To make it more impossible the book of Mormon declares that Lehi traveled east from Nehom and discovered bountiful a small tropical spot with fruit trees surrounded by hundreds of miles of desert. This has been strongly criticized for years. You don't find a place that looks like the Hawaiian islands growing edible fruit in the middle of a major desert. Yet, exactly seen on line, you can now see this exact place and pinpoint exactly where it is identified in the book of Mormon. Virtually unknown to any map found in Joseph Smith's time or over even a hundred years after. What are the odds? Did the author above deliberately not include many such discoveries that now support the book of Mormon? He mentioned no barley existed at the time of Nephi. Did he not know that ancient Barely has been recently found and documented precisely growing at the time of the Nephites?. Why did he also ignore that horse bones were just discovered by non Mormon archiologists dated back to Nephi No elephants existed in America? Why did he ignore that elephant bones were discovered with arrow heads embedded in the bones? Elephants don't shoot arrowheads at each other! The new DNA evidence that disproves anti Mormon claims and much more! Why quote archiology 49 years ago to make a current video and deliberately ignore new discoveries? The number one rule of all archiology is that just because something has not been dug up yet doesn't mean it doesn't exist. You keep digging! How come he ignores the new discovery in the Bible where all of the timelines God gave to Daniel in the Bible add exactly to every one of Joseph Smith's restoration dates? I am not sure what you mean by "Nobody seems to be familiar with them" because that makes absolutely no sense. If you are meaning that we don't know where the cities are then sure. It wasn't until 2018 with the LIDAR System that it was discovered that Mesoamerica has cities and large urban areas that have yet to be explored and that date to the right time for the Book of Mormon where millions of people lived in, just like the Book of Mormon says. Us not knowing where Zarahemla or any other major city talked about in the Book of Mormon is at the moment isn't that big of a deal. In the Book of Mormon it says that some cities were sunk in water (3 Nephi 9:7). There is a lake in Guatemala, Lake Atitlan, where Archeologists actually discovered a city that was buried under the water that they called Samabaj. And they’ve actually gone in and found pottery from this and it’s dated to the pre-Classic period, which is 600 BC to 250 AD.

This is such an important message, as a former member of the Morman church I pray this will awaken those still following the book of morman as to the truth . I am so thankfull that the Lord led me away from it and brought me back to him through reading my scriptures .

I too was led to be a member of the LDS Church. I was approached by the members of the church during a very low time In my life , where I was needing comfort, & direction which they provided. During my investigation of the church I began to have great doubts of the truth of the LDS church. When I had questions, they had no answers. Their answer would be to my questions, everything is through faith, which made me doubt myself. Only during a confrontation during a church service, did I make the choice to take my children and myself out of the Church. & Never went back. However I have yet to have found a church to fulfill my needs of Christ I determined I don't need a building over my head to worship the Lord. However I still need the, fellowship of other Christians.

My dad who I don’t believe is saved invited Mormons into our house yesterday. Nevertheless, I asked them “do you guys believe in saved by grace?” The woman’s response was, “we’ll tell you tomorrow.” I was like “that’s a yes or no question” and to make a long story short they never showed up. I been watching videos on them & I can now see why they didn’t show up. God is protecting my household from false doctrine & I pray over my family. I believe my dad has itching ears and would like to have another way to be saved. True believers saved by grace, please pray for me and my family & I will do so as well if you ask of me in the comment section. We can have a prayer section under my comment 🙏🏽💖

Yes the Bible. For the Jesus Christ of the Bible is not the Trinity created by man. Jesus said "It is written in your Law that the testimony of two men is true, I am one who testifies of me, and my Father..." So Jesus and God are two separate men according the Bible. We are told in the Bible that God cannot lie, and God called men gods who had received his word, and Jesus Christ affirmed it when he said "And if He called them gods unto whom the word came, and the word cannot be broken, then why say ye that I blaspheme because I said that I am the Son Of God?" So men become gods when they receive God's word, and Jesus Christ and God are separate men. But wait, we are told repeatedly that there is only one God. And that is true, for as man is plural for all mankind, so God is plural and encompasses multiple generations. "That they may be one, even as we are one." "That they also may be one in us." All one God, yet separate men. For Jesus Christ "Thought it not robbery to be equal with God." And "He(Jesus Christ) was MADE in the express image of His(God's) person." Any church that doesn't teach a Jesus Christ that is separate physically, yet equal to God, is teaching a different Jesus, and should be rejected.

@@bobmcalister2131 True. Unfortunately man kept changing it. Did you know that the story of the woman taken in adultery isn't even mentioned in notes before the 12th century? Does that mean it wasn't in the original Gospel Of Luke? Not necessarily. It was probably removed for a while, until an old version that no longer exists, or is buried in the Vatican vault, was found, and it was restored.

@@micahkemper4581 Bruh, I sent this almost a year ago. I have under this video multiple comments that goes through and debunks this video and provides evidence of the Book of Mormon. There are many people within the Church that have debunked this video and/or the claims presented in this. There are also many channels that go through evidence of the Book of Mormon. Maybe look at both sides instead of blindly believing one and then maybe you evangelicals won't look ignorant all the time.

This was a very difficult video to make… I see it in the presenters eyes. I commend these guys for having the faith and courage to present these facts that lead to only one truth. May those following the Book of Mormon hear these words and accept the facts that have been presented.

There are no facts in this video. In the first couple of mins he said the hill Cumorah in New York is recognized as being the only place the church declares to be an official site for the Book of Mormon. Anyone who says that has not done any research at all because the official position is that the hill is not in New York. The Hill Cumorah in New York is not the Hill Cumorah in the Book of Mormon and was not called the Hill Cumorah until the mid-1830s, long after Joseph had retrieved the plates from the hill. There’s no evidence from the 1820s and 30s that Joseph Smith ever called this the Hill Cumorah. Oliver Cowdery was the one who started calling it “Hill Cumorah” and it caught on and became the name the Saints culturally assigned to the hill. The first time Joseph Smith calls it Cumorah, which is recorded in Doctrine and Covenants section 128, is after the membership had already started calling it by that name, and Latter-day Saints have been calling it Cumorah ever since. This idea came from Mormon 6:6 which says “…I made this record out of the plates of Nephi, and hid up in the hill Cumorah all the records which had been entrusted to me by the hand of the Lord…” If you stop reading there, then you could say Joseph found the plates in this hill because Mormon said he buried them in the Hill Cumorah. However if you read the rest of the verse it says “…I made this record out of the plates of Nephi, and hid up in the hill Cumorah all the records which had been entrusted to me by the hand of the Lord, save it were these few plates which I gave unto my son Moroni.” In other words, Mormon buried all of the records he had in the hill Cumorah except the Book of Mormon record, which was later buried by Moroni. So the hill Cumorah mentioned in the Book of Mormon is literally the place where Mormon says the golden plates are not buried. LOL There is no historical documentation in this video, this video is full of lies and half truths. In the first couple of mins he said the hill Cumorah in New York is recognized as being the only place the church declares to be an official site for the Book of Mormon. Anyone who says that has not done any research at all because the official position is that the hill is not in New York. I was babtised in Mormon by my grandpa. I haven’t been back since I was 12 and fell into rebellion! Which led me to a true Christ in the faith of Christianity

@@Ken-ej6sc The Biblical evidence record is there for all to see, unlike the Mormon record, which is non-existent. It's easy to just say something, anything, for example: "The moon is made of cheese", without a shred of evidence to back up the claim. One cannot be told the truth, if one WILL not hear it.

As someone who just purchased Joels book , if you enjoy these videos you'll enjoy it. Sometimes you really cant beat a book. The detailed illustrations and maps give a great study tool.

Watched the other video before this one on Mormon and the test of a prophet. As an LDS member, both of these videos has hit hard to me that now I have to step away from the church to take a good look at it again. I can not deny what is spoken of in both of these videos.

He should know that Turkiye has an ancient history as Asia Minor, Anatolia, Thrace and Byzantium with each period of time and empire having its own distinctive archeological evidence corresponding to recorded history. Mormonism as a collection of historical claims with such archeological evidence. There's easily 2000 years of archeology in Turkiye that matches written history which shows there's always physical evidence and no civilization in human history have ever erased themselves.

Turkey used to be a Christian nation before ISLAM. Although there still are Christians and freely worship. There also are Islamic Jews in Turkey. Why because of Moses and Abraham. People of Islamic faith are half Jewish.

Joel, it was so nice meeting you last week at Abu Alis home.. we were with Chips tour group. Your videos have helped us tremendously and our tour of the Holy Land and archeology was mind blowing. So thankful to be able to test all things and hold on to those which prove true.

Well Done! I live in an area of heavy LDS influence. I have many LDS friends. I can attest that they are wonderful people. What a evil act to deceive so many people. We recently held and apologetics presentation comparing the book of Mormon the the Bible, we did have 3 LDS members attend. Exceptional, as usual. I began my walk of faith by seeking evidence, real evidence, of Yeshua as an historical person first, and went from there. The evidence is overwhelming. Dr. Kramer's work is scholarly and exemplary. His videos have strengthened me over the years.

I was 17, in high school and attended a "church" where males and females were totally separated, and my pants were frowned upon. I left, and went to a mormon "church" to try it. They were all separated too, in the sanctuary, but not during sunday school. It was hectic and no one was really in charge of the youth. I just knew that both "churches" were wrong for me. Then I had this awful dream, where satan stood at my bedside offering me great wealth, if I would serve him. Soon, a Christian friend invited me to church where I immediately gave my life to Jesus. Thank God!

This documentary is so eye-opening! It's also extremely unbelievable to think of how many Mormons there are...that have been led astray, and that if they don't come to know the truth of Jesus Christ..... their souls will not be in heaven. To imagine all the Mormons that have past on.... is unthinkable! I pray this documentary will rip off the veil of deceit so that they will repent and turn to Jesus Christ ALONE!

Anyway, I just couldn't be comfortable as a Norman and I was raised in a Norman village. I could not accept their Book of Morman. They ignored the Bible. Plus when the poor were not able to get groceries from the food bank in the town, I went to them to help those in need. Plus the have warehouses of food. I was told that is for members of the church and temples. I find that is not what Jesus expected from us. To turn their backs on anyone who isn't Morman, they see no need to follow the Bible or the words of Jesus. I removed myself and my children from them.

However, HE is returning sooner than most will comprehend or are willing to accept. As I share , my faith grows so much more in Christ. I was raised protestant and now I'm Catholic. The Catholic Church considers the protestants Christian as well, except for the Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses. =)

Finally got a chance to finish this video, and wow. I watched the Prophet Test video first and this really just helps me discern that only The Holy Bible is necessary for Salvation through Christ Jesus. I can see now that Joseph Smith fabricated The Book of Mormon, and I am grateful to have this weight lifted off my shoulders! Now, if I could just get my folks to listen and understand all this!

LOL, there is no in-depth investigation in this video. In the first couple of mins he said the hill Cumorah in New York is recognized as being the only place the church declares to be an official site for the Book of Mormon. Anyone who says that has not done any research at all because the official position is that the hill is not in New York. The Hill Cumorah in New York is not the Hill Cumorah in the Book of Mormon and was not called the Hill Cumorah until the mid-1830s, long after Joseph had retrieved the plates from the hill. There’s no evidence from the 1820s and 30s that Joseph Smith ever called this the Hill Cumorah. Oliver Cowdery was the one who started calling it “Hill Cumorah” and it caught on and became the name the Saints culturally assigned to the hill. The first time Joseph Smith calls it Cumorah, which is recorded in Doctrine and Covenants section 128, is after the membership had already started calling it by that name, and Latter-day Saints have been calling it Cumorah ever since. This idea came from Mormon 6:6 which says “…I made this record out of the plates of Nephi, and hid up in the hill Cumorah all the records which had been entrusted to me by the hand of the Lord…” If you stop reading there, then you could say Joseph found the plates in this hill because Mormon said he buried them in the Hill Cumorah. However if you read the rest of the verse it says “…I made this record out of the plates of Nephi, and hid up in the hill Cumorah all the records which had been entrusted to me by the hand of the Lord, save it were these few plates which I gave unto my son Moroni.” In other words, Mormon buried all of the records he had in the hill Cumorah except the Book of Mormon record, which was later buried by Moroni. So the hill Cumorah mentioned in the Book of Mormon is literally the place where Mormon says the golden plates are not buried. The first 18 mins was just that there is no evidence of cities like how the Book of Mormon describes, that is a lie. Either this video is super old or the guy is just ignorant. In 2018 with the LIDAR System it was discovered that Mesoamerica has cities and large urban areas that date to the right time for the Book of Mormon where millions of people lived in, just like the Book of Mormon says. Look up the LIDAR scan over central america To add on to that, in the Book of Mormon it says that some cities were sunk in water (3 Nephi 9:7). There is a lake in Guatemala, Lake Atitlan, where Archeologists actually discovered a city that was buried under the water. And they’ve actually gone in and found pottery from this and it’s dated to the pre-Classic period, which is 600 BC to 250 AD. That is a blatant lie. Horses were very much in the America’s before any European came. There are many ancient paintings and even figures which archeologists think were toys that are horses. Archeologists are starting to find more and more bones of horses that date back to before any European came. Also adds on to my theory of this being super old or the guy is just plain ignorant. At 22:34 it says that the heading of 1 Nephi 19 states that Nephi made plates, at this point in the story he was still in the middle east so this is kinda disingenuous. At 23:07 it says that there are hundreds of records on metal plates and records but we don't have evidence for it. That would be thanks to the Spanish when they came over and conquered the america's. They took everything of value and any metal would have been of value. The Ancient Americans has a written language and it is evident on the walls of buildings and rocks. I would also like to point out that the idea of writing on metal plates was unknown in Joseph Smith's day and critics laughed at him even suggesting something like this, now it is there is no evidence in the americas which is true as of today but that could easily change. At 24:00 it says that ancient writings have been discovered all over the land in and around Israel. That is true but most of these have only been discovered within the last 200 years. The most important being the dead sea scrolls which were discovered in the 1940s -1950s, which he says. Alright I watched 25 minutes in and I am done for now. This video was definitely done before the LIDAR system because when those readings came out it changed how people say the Ancient American world because it showed many undiscovered cities and shown signs of highways and many more things. More and more keeps being discovered that keeps proven the authenticity of the Book of Mormon as an ancient document. The Book of Mormon is true and tells of ancient people who lived on this continent who witnessed Jesus Christ being the Son of God, our Lord and our Savior. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is God's and Jesus Christ one and only true church here on earth.

@@Ken-ej6scthey cannot both be true. The Book of Mormon clearly contradicts the Bible in areas of history, Jesus’s nature, and the gospel message. LDS must always have to answer the question: Am I doing enough to keep myself saved? Whereas Christians need only trust in the work of Christ- not our efforts.

The only true church on earth is the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The Book of Mormon was the most correct book on earth than the bible.

Great presentation, thank you for sharing! I've always enjoyed history and historical discoveries. I came to Christ after reading the bible and noticing a lot of mention of historical figures and locations. And I was fascinated to start finding so much archeological and scholarly and historical evidence for so much of the biblical accounts. So naturally, when coming into contact with Mormon missionaries and getting into learning the book of Mormon and the history behind it, I was curious to the historical and archeological support. And naturally....I was extremely disappointed. Even their writing is said to have conveniently been whisked away into heaven. Meanwhile you can recreate the entire new testament just from manuscript copies that have been discovered and preserved. I don't mean it as an insult, but from my reading it and study, the Book of Mormon is a spurious fanfiction written by Joseph Smith.

Excellently presented. I just missed the most important question: How does Mormon's Christ ensure their salvation? Christians have the cross and resurrection and the return of Christ as their immovable hope.

Joel - thanks to you and Scott (and others) for your work in getting the truth out there for anyone to see! Some great quotes/comments from those whom you interviewed. This is very timely and relevant - especially with the unbiblical series "The Chosen" going into the third season. This time, it's 21st century religious fiction. The writers, producers and those funding "The Chosen" have admitted publicly that they're not using the Bible for their "stories". The LDS have found a professing Christian to be the face of the project. Unfortunately, this is diverting many away from the true gospel of Christ (just as stated at time stamp 55:45). Thanks to those in the comments reminding all to test the spirits and reject those bringing another gospel.

The Bible is the complete and true word of God. nothing is missing, and nothing should be added to it. It is as applicable today as it was when it was when God lead the prophets to write it. Our salvation lies only in our belief in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour that died on the cross for our sins and rose from the dead, there's no other truth that we should follow as Christians, children of God.🙌🏼🙌🏼✝️

Regarding the discovery and evidence revealing the location corroborating events at Masada, I seem to remember actually seeing clear evidence of three surrounding Roman encampments around the site.
