Facts
I combine breath work and mindfulness meditation in the morning, first thing. It helps a lot! But it took a few weeks of consistently making it a practice for the effects to kick in. I was using these videos and the book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels, which had some cool mindfulness exercises that I connected with. Be free everyone! You have the ability to silence your mind and enjoy inner quietude.

I haven't done breath work in a while. I'm a fighter so in my last fight I got sick a lung infection that put me out for weeks. When I came back I could just feel that this is good for me. It's where I belong. What an amazing experience to have once again after so long.
