We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

You'd think after all of these years they'd film around the gardener (who comes around on a schedule). But no. They choose to film on the day that he arrives, and then "complain" about it. Like, I can't believe that my neighbor's gardener showed up on Tuesday at 2:30pm even though he ALWAYS shows up on Tuesday's at 2:30pm.

Hi Sam, Max and Chance. I just got home after spending a month in San Diego visiting family. My eldest son and I watched your videos almost everyday. We were so inspired that we made several of your recipes including Short Rib Ragu, Banh Mi, Crispy Asian Chicken using Gochujong, Bulgogi and more. Everything turned out perfectly. I just wanted to thank you guys for your scrumptious content. My son and I made lasting memories during our visit. Many of those memories are centered around cooking and eating your delicious recipes. I'm back in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan just across Lake Superior from Ontario Canada. I've got pork loin in the oven right now for some Banh Mi. The smells are taking me back to San Diego. Keep the recipes coming! I'll be watching....and so will my son. 🤗 Cheers! 🍻

aww, this comment reminds me of my mom. I've lived within eyesight of Lake Erie almost all my life and wish my mom would be willing to try the things you are willing to try. I commend you on trying new things, I'm 24 and my mom is not big on trying new things. It's frustrating because I love to try boundary expanding dishes but she will never try them with me. Green bean casserole, chicken thigh foil packets, broccoli-cheese & rice casseroles and noodles are her comfort zone I guess.

Take the lead in the kitchen and I guarantee you that your mom will love anything your two hands prepare. Watching my son's cook is an absolute joy for me. They're 34 and 37 now and they are fabulous cooks. They picked up good technique by watching me cook, but they most definitely have their own style of cooking that amazes their momma. Make something scrumptious for your mom. I bet she'll love it too! 😊

An easy way to get the pieces of shell out of the pan once the egg is broken is to use the larger egg shell to scoop out the small piece(s). I ended up going to the emergency room and they asked me if I had the piece of my finger and I told them what??? Love your cooking. Use ideas often. As you look for regional dishes, my wifew grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where there were many iron mines in the mid 10900's.The miners to Pastys down in the mine with them for lunch. It is still a regional dish that the "Uuppers" love. A meat and potato and vegetable meat pie that is very good. Love to see your take on this dish.
