Thanks for touching on that and reminding us that the scale isn’t everything, and you glow so much better with healthy eating and exercise than with just starving yourself to get that number down

I’m a Personal Trainer and the best piece of advice I can give you is don’t become obsessed with the number on the scale! I’m 14lbs heavier but I’m leaner than I was 14lbs lighter. Go by how you feel and not by what the scale says as the scale tells lies lol Also I used to comfort eat and how I stopped was found other things to make me feel better like going for a nice bath, read a book, sing, dance, did a workout etc anything like that to make me feel better and now I don’t comfort eat at all. I retrained my brain. Also stop using words like cheat days, bad food etc because it creates feelings of guilt and you shouldn’t feel guilty about food, food isn’t the enemy! Hope this helps! ❤

@@valgal24 I use a product called Trim & Biocell by Modere, and really started paying attention to my portions. I don’t restrict myself from anything, but I no longer gorge on foods either. I also recently started adding working out to my routine and that’s been helpful to move my body.
