I hit my highest weight a few months ago and had enough. Watching you has been really encouraging and you made me laugh out loud during this video. I am having a lot of success with weight watchers. It allows me to live my life and not restrict myself. Plus now you can do it all via app and you don't have to go to any meetings. I highly recommend

So excited to see you in YT! I just restarted going to the gym after 2 years of a break... I blamed covid of course but also I have a vascular disease in my legs and used that as an excuse as well bc my legs ache so badly. But it's still very important to do some sort of active workouts in whatever way you can. Also you look absolutely stunning ♡ also I'm no doctor but pee isn't supposed to be completely clear it needs to have a slight yellow tint.

Yes Jaclyn, even the Mens Pegasus shoes are amazing too, been wearing them for years! I swear by them & the ASICS Gel-Nimbus & Adidas NMDs! All very comfortable & great for working out or a long time on your feet.

The Lululemon Swiftly Techs are amaaazing! I highly recommend trying the All Yours T, specifically in the vitasea fabric - literally feels like NOTHING! And they are really oversized, you can legit size down 2 sizes and it’s still flowy, but omg. Seriously, you gotta try it! They’re amazing for workouts

My grandmother who has been gone for quite a while now she used to swear by a salt stone she used as a deodorant and we all thought she was crazy but this is back in the 80s LOL. Look how long it’s taking it to catch on. Try Snap On socks, I know it’s a tool brand and it sounds totally crazy but you would love them.

Jaclyn, I started a low carb, no sugar diet in January. I lost 20 pounds in 4 months. Kept it off and I don’t feel deprived! 💪

Thanks for the recommendations! I’m a chemist so just wanted to let you know that the Thai deoterant stick is not aluminum free. The mineral used is potassium aluminum which is still a type of aluminum. Personally I haven’t found an aluminum free deodorant that works well for me. Using this kind of deodorant is okay but just wanted to give you a heads up in case you didn’t know!

Kosas makes a deodorant that is aluminum free. Its called 'Kosas Sport Chemistry'. Its a wet/liquid formula with a rollerball applicator. Works for me, maybe u wld like it too? 😊

Hey Jacklyn I am so proud of you...look at where you are girl keep up the good work. Just remember that you are doing this for yourself to be the best you can be for yourself. I have lost 30kgs since beginning of 2021. It took hard work but now I feel much better in my own skin.
