Loving that your being very raw & real with the viewers Jaclyn, your honestly means more than anything. It helps other women going through the same. I just had my baby a week & half ago & I too struggle with anxiety & now it’s very spiked. Through God we are more than the panics & chaos in our minds. I love that I can go back to your videos & feel the tribe of women unite under the same feelings. We all have our days & the days your videos are up is a spark to us viewers at home! God bless ya Jaclyn , praying for your launch & a clear mind & heart🌿

Oh man my baby turns one this week. I remember the early weeks and months were so hard. You’re exhausted and your body doesn’t feel like you anymore. You have a baby that you’re supposed to know to to help, but sometimes you can’t fix it or make the crying stop. Maternity leave is so so hard. I’m a surgeon and it was mentally harder for me to stay at home than it was to go to work. Hang in there, take care of yourself and ask for help if you need it!

Im glad we are learning to say NO and to protect ourselves.

I am on a health journey of my own and I was compelled to leave a comment after you spoke about how you view your weight as a negative due to it coming from a very dark time in your life and I relate to that so much. It’s not a superficial thing, it’s about those memories and every day you look at yourself you see a representation of that time in your life and that’s so hard. That just spoke to me. Thank you for being vulnerable 🤍

Opening up about the mental struggles is so relatable and I literally took such a deep breath while listening to you and I feel so much better for it. Thank you for giving so many people encouragement to give themselves permission to put themselves first. I've been a follower for like 10 years and you've always stayed a consistent role model in my life so thank you. Can't wait to continue following along with your journey! XO

As a woman who deals with bad anxiety and being a people please and always worrying if am doing enough this video really helped me and made me feel like I am not alone. It is hard to explain what it feels like and for people who don't deal with it we seem like we are overreacting and they don't fully understand. I also deal with the same feeling as not being motivated to do things you once loved and feeling like you have to push yourself... you are not alone and you sharing your story and troubles makes us who suffer with the same issues also feel like we are not alone and know that there is someone who understands it. Stay strong you are doing fantastic on your journey and it's ok to have bad days and cheat days as long as you are happy with the progress and they way you feel. And thank you for being open with this so it could make others not feel alone and potentially help someone who has a loved one or friend that deals with this as well and maybe be able to understand them more and help them.

Jaclyn, seeing you be honest and vulnerable is so helpful for me. I feel this way all of the time, but because people don't typically see others be honest like this, it's easy to feel like you are all alone in feeling like that. THANK YOU for sharing your journey and showing people feeling the same things you are feeling, like me, that it's totally normal. I needed that reminder today and I GENUINELY appreciate it. Please keep up the hard work - you are doing so great!

Thank you so much for being transparent about mental health. I’m a therapist with mental health issues myself, and the general stigma of help seeking and being ashamed of mental illness is crippling to do many people. The right medication has been a lifesaver for me, but I’ve also been on medication that had had the complete opposite effect. It’s a lot of trial and error that is definitely not for everyone. Love keeping up with your journey ❤️

(Just 3 min in, here) You have no idea how much I needed this, & so many others do also! I personally have not a single person to say these words on these exact same days you're showing here. Two older sisters, a mother, aunt & therapist still have no words to relate to the 2 days a year they witness me fall apart & it HURTS. Things are great but scary af at the same time because we're out here working & risking- I just needed this so much, especially today. Thank you for being so courageous & undeniably yourself- it's invaluable!
