I watched a lot of cooking channels, yours by far is the best! The way you keep it simple with using few ingredients, but good quality ingredients. Not to mention (which I guess I’m doing lol) but the equipment you use, keep the videos coming!!

Karl Richgruber very true, we have evolved to handle the majority of bacteria and virus on this planet through many deaths over hundreds of thousands of years, of course some can still kill us but the more we shield and hide away from things the less immune we become again slowly over the generations.

@@Geo35z This is _exactly_ right. Exposure is the only way to build immunity, albeit a slow process. That doesn't mean that cross contamination should always be allowed, by no means. But, accidentally cross contaminating is not as big a deal as everyone wants to believe. If you cross contaminate, and wind up being exposed to salmonella, that means what you purchased was infected with the virus in the first place. Your meat should not contain these bacteria, but it's safe and best practice to avoid the risk altogether by constantly keeping your workstation in check.

Sam, I'm currently on a diet.. and ur videos almost give me the satisfaction of being able to eat these dishes!! Keep up the great content!! Truly a rock star in the culinary world!
