"Makeup is mediation..." THIS is why I adore Wayne. He gets it. I have HORRIBLE anxiety and have been known to sit up at 3am and apply a face full of makeup to calm myself. Makeup is my happy place. :)

Imaginary Winchester I do the same thing and I also curl my hair with a skinny wand until I have Shirley Temple ringlets, then I hop in the shower. Lol

Am actually therapist prescribed to do my makeup (abusive ex trigger) & to go fishing. It focuses the mind & allows for creativity.

I adore how educational each and every single video Wayne makes!! And that he comes across so calmly like he is not forcing anyone to do what they don't want to, and that makeup has no rules, and that you should do what you want but giving you these guidelines without being offensive is jus amazing! Some makeup artists seem to force their prefrences onto you making you feel that you are wrong and everything you do is wrong, Wayne just is simply great, nothing he can say can offend me or make me feel like oh wow I'm doing everything wrong, by doing this he actually makes me take all these amazing tips into consideration! I adore all these his video's!!

Fantastic tips. Makeup IS meditation! When I'm stressed out, I can spend well over an hour doing my makeup and all is well afterward (at the very least, I look better)!

With regards to your comment on taking time for makeup, I spend an hour and a half applying. It gives me that time to relax and enjoy just doing something I love.

I know I am late but THANK GOD you mentioned that thing about not wearing lipstick. I can't stand lipstick, I hate the feeling of it in my mouth. Sam Zee lol, did you ask me personally, no, pretty sure public questions are fair game for anyone to answer :) If you watch from 8:12 He goes into a fair amount of detail about best not to use shimmer in your creases, if you have wrinkles.

Probably my favorite video from you yet! These are all such great tips, a few of which I already use (that I probably learned from you), and I learned quite a bit! I've never heard anyone else say that for makeup lovers, it's like meditation. THANK YOU. It really IS like meditation.. it's very relaxing and I do some of my best thinking while I'm applying (which can take me anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes or more, depending on my mood). You give some of the best and most original tips! I've started buffing in my concealer/highlight with a lighter hand and noticed a BIG difference. It no longer cakes or creases and I'm pretty sure that blending so roughly before was wiping away a lot of the product. Thank you for making such great and informative videos!

Your Videos are the ones which helped me a lot concerning Make-up, because you don't just say, what products you use for your type but also present what's fitting for all types and I think, this take a lot of experience. You never fail to give the best tips.unconventional but realistic. It makes me smile everytime you say something i have been already doing and kinda deviating from the norms.i felt like wow i must have been doing things really right. One is the highlighting u mentioned here.

I've just started wearing lashes and always took several attempts to place them correctly. Used your tip.....old fine brush, appliy glue like eyeliner and WOW perfect placement first time! Thank you thank you...the rest of the vids were good too. Excellent teaching as ever!

the tip about using the angle brush for eyelash glue changed my life!!!!! even with the lash applicator I was making a mess but putting the glue on my eye first is amazing. This way you can control where the lash sticks. Thank you!
