@briambloodworth2429 Thank you my friend. This sorry is 100% true. After speaking with an expert, I pretty much came to the conclusion my thrifty nature was going to prevent me from buying a laser engraver for my home shop. I should have broke down and bit the bullet 7 years ago.
Laser engravings are great. Have you ever used it for transferring patterns for tooling or just normal pattern details like edges and punch holes? The smell of burned leather is pretty bad. Thank you for producing wonderful videos!

@johnsullivan6560 I have not tried it for transferring tooling patterns, but that is an interesting idea. Since you are cutting the lines, if you use antiquing after you do your tooling, the lines probably won't be visible on the finished product. Thank you for the idea.
