If you put this in the description of the video it will have chapters directly in the search bar with the text you put after the timestamp. But you have to start at 0:00
Thanks for the video. Considering the P9 as a starter unit and to work on smaller engraving/etching projects. I'm also considering the lower price point. I have no prior experience with Laser units. Would it be wise to start with something like this to gain experience and then move to larger units? Thanks again. 👍

That's a tough question. I do agree with starting with a 10w laser and all the Atomstack machines I've tested have been solid. I'm torn when choosing between a cantilever style when compared to the more traditional box frame style. Most of the Atomstack box frame style machines can be expanded to give you a larger working area. This helps you do larger work as well as giving you more room under the laser head if you also get into using a rotary axis. If the ability to expand the work area isn't something you think you'd need then go with what best fits your budget. I hope this helps and let me know if you have more questions.
Can I etch glass bottles with this, without painting the bottles
Hello, very good video, can you make a video on how to make a dog tag from the computer?
a few questions: why is this one a blue diode and how is its diode different over the red ones we typicallly see?
I just got this p9 m50 10w model as my first laser. I'm learning lightburn and I was wondering if there is any base settings for each material as well as the settings for certain functions?

All of my test are trial and error. You can find general setting recommendations for most machines on their respective websites. You can also start by using my settings from this video as a base line. Every material has its own personality so to speak so some experimenting is usually required.
Do you think something like this would be able to etch deep enough to put a durable etch for a memorial on a natural granite stone? (I'd flatten a side off - this is something that would be outdoors)

That's a new material I need to try. It would be interesting to find out how it does. Thanks for the question and for watching.
Can you engrave on stainless steel any logo (Starbucks maybe) on a stainless steel sheet with a 5x5 inches logo size. It would really help me know how long it would take to finish 5x5in in stainless steel coz im planning to buy one of these. Please. I know it would take ur money and time. It would really help me Thank you so much.
This is a portable laser engraver. What is the runtime with one charge?
Have you managed to setup WiFi on P9 ?
How do you positioning the material under the laser. Is there a sort of reference?

If your using Lightburn to run it, you can do an outline preview that will show you where the engraving will occur. Then you can place material where you need it.
Do you think this laser can engrave aluminum cards? 0.7 mm thanks

If those aluminum cards are anodized then yes. It will leave a good mark as it removes the anodized color. These LED based lasers cannot etch or engrave the actual aluminum metal.

I need to be able to cut about 5/8 of an inch phenolic plastic it's very very hard stiff material. It is a carcinogen when powdered like if you grind it or saw it so I don't know about vaporizing so be careful if you want to try it and find out from a manufacturer if burning it is kicking up a carcinogen as well. Having said that I make the stuff in my home lab which is far more dangerous than any of the above lol I really need to find a laser that will do this so I'm watching every KZread video there is and reading anything that I can find and I'm not getting any closer to deciding LOL
