18 year old male here, been weightlifting for a couple months and neglected my lower half movements, only deadlifted heavy and did lex extensions. Did abduction movements the other day and went as hard as I normally go on my other sets. My left abductor muscle feels HORRENDOUS, this video helped a lot in stretching it out thank you

I'm a long distance runner. And I got a groin muscle injury a year ago till this day and have been trying. I started doing stretches from my Physio because he discovered that I wasn't flexible for a long distance runner. I already see a difference because Im getting flexible. But the problem is the pain is not yet going fully away

What advice do you have for the pain. Or do I just keep stretching till it gets stronger

I’m glad that the stretching helped. But it might be time to start strengthening it. It’s hard to give recommendations without a proper eval. But I’d recommend guided workouts from a professional

@@Rehab2Perform stuff like this is good. Maybe a easy routine for people to do when they wake up. Some lower back stuff would be nice, exercises to help reduce lower back pain (hips, core). Posture correction. Shoulder flexibility. Things like that would be great. Thank you for asking.
