    Stefano, i remember u did video with gang on kettlebell overhead and i like that more for all 3 delts and you even saud its your new fav!

    I learned to do it this way years ago. In my gym, I see everyone doing it wrong. They make the turn (supp to pro) immediately , then press up. The turn has really no impact on you that way (except if you’re working wrist mobility I guess.) it’s much harder to do it the right way. Also, don’t let your elbows come down to a rest on your body, keep the weights eye level.

    I hope they don't rename the Arnold press to something like the shoulder screw press or freedom fist press.

    Ron Williams says A Press really bad for screwing up shoulder, everywhere you look you get different advise.

    Yes, but everyone is different with there joints and all. Some of the KZread gurus get bad experience s and build a platform around that and say these exercises are useless and cause injury. Most of this stuff is entirely, based on the individual’s preference performing the exercise. If it bothers you just say that exercise is not for me. Just saying, but no tells you that. John Meadows did, but he’s no longer with us.

    Really don’t think any lifter has issues developing their front delt. It’s the lateral and rear most lifters lack and need to focus on more.

    I used to think that so I largely ignored it. I did stuff for real delts and rotator but not enough. Thanks to being locked down forever in Canada I’ve added a lot more movements to my shoulder arsenal that I wouldn’t have probably bothered with in a commercial gym and my shoulders look so much better now. I really notice it in my front delts though. Like I said I thought they were fine before but now they look awesome.

    My side and rear delta are developed compared to my front delts , it’s rare but here i am lmao

    My front delta are so behind that I can’t progress in bench because of it since my arms give out before my chest which is very frustrating

    @murray Yes , you can even try it with no arms just use your teeth . You are limited only by your imagination .

    Why use a DB for this and not a KB? Form seems the same as KB OHP.

    There's literally not a week in which the front delt doesn't get a f tonn of volume whether it's dips push ups bench press ohp incline press the front delt is covered if you do 10-20 sets per week of a horizontal and a vertical press.
