Everyone keeps telling us to watch this show. So we finally got around to it!
Join us as we follow a young chef, Carmen "Carmy" Berzatto, after he inherits his family's Italian beef sandwich shop after the suicide of his older brother. He comes home to Chicago to run it, leaving behind his world of working in a Michelin star restaurant. He is left to deal with his brother's unresolved debts, a rundown kitchen, and an unruly staff, while dealing with his own pain and family trauma.

So. Good.
Richie is now in charge of FOH, front of house. That means the servers (the people he was interviewing when Neil figured out Mikey's insurance fraud scheme) report to him, similar to how everyone in the kitchen (BOH, back of house) report to Sydney, and both Richie and Sydney answer to Carmy.

Love how the hiring mistake was made by Natalie due to her valuing the resume over character. Richie is a great judge of character, and all of the OG Beef staff still remain.

Love Richie’s character development.
I watched this whole f**in show without crying, but when Richie says "I'm wearing a suit because it makes me feel better about myself" I broke down. That was the realest, bravest thing to say.

@@LivsWings_ what parts of her are stale? Please list them here. Make sure they aren’t inherently feminine qualities, or qualities you wouldn’t complain about if they were in a masculine character.
