    34 and im doing the same thing you are, just trying to stay in shape so I feel you. the footwork only gets better if you work footwork drills. you have to go somewhere after punching

    Snoop knows…notice that his explanations are concise, and to the point. Mitt work that has these main points maintains solid fundamentals as a boxer’s develops. Also, notice how he is checking the range hitting a bag or hitting mitts be mindful of the range of your opponent (bag or mitts). General rule is if you can touch them, they can touch you. All Good stuff here sold boxing!!

    i coach too, i have my guys throw both power jabs and speed jabs , power back hands and speed back hands ..the power jab gets turned over , the speed jab does not turn over, they are much faster than power jabs and power back hands , nice work

    I hate that term. Only used by MMA fanboys who can't punch. You have a straight right and a straight left. A cross is a stupid name.

    It's a great tool to use for reaction and timing. It's the lack off moving around the ring that's the problem

    I'll say this. You do want to be relaxed until right before impact. Check out the soviet boxing channel. They go over this in there style of boxing

    On the cross I see the bacc foot lifting off the floor definitely losing power on the the cross

    That is true for most everybody but this particular boxer showed up to the gym with power you cant teach or build. it was eye opening

    @@jadenwallace8758 left shoulder lines up with right shoulder, fighter should have one shoulder further behind the other as this shows less of his body and provides more stability when the fighter is hit

    There is nothing wrong with using the palms it just needs to be more controlled by the boxer to have skill vs power. I do it all the time

    @@rocketcityboxingclub Unfortunately when the boxers dont hitting properly the mitts destroying our wrists and our shoulders!I managed to save mine from injuries with calisthenics training after i quited fighting..
