Now Money is only training but picture that in full motion. The worse part about it is........his balance to it all. He can pop yo ass and escape anytime he wants to. No damage done at all. Now watch all the young fighters he has fought and noticed the style switch. Exhibit A : Canleo............Yes this is truly the secret to his success. Also his crazy running and workout routines. Everything becomes second nature, in other words he doesnt have to think about how to react... he just does it. Many benefits to this technical mitt work including muscular endurance. Possibly with floyd having suspected hand problems over the years , this type of padwork doesnt damage them as he isnt going all out power wise compared to the more traditional padwork were power and body mechanics are more utilised. But like all training methods they are objective and open to individual interpretation ie what works for one may not work another

It's a sequence of memorized combos given code names that they've already worked on together, that is designed to work timing, Floyd already knows how to punch, this isn't design to teach that, just more like reflex training. As other's have mentioned they know eachother so well they could probably do it blind folded.

Damn straight 🔥 since Floyd memorized that shit he can do in a blind fold and work on his reflexes since he mastered it without the blindfold he can try to master with it so in a fight Floyd doesn't have to be looking at opponent he can just Dodge it without looking at the punch that's what I thought about

this is the style of mitt work that got him where he is man all hand i defense based not even that much of a speed based excercise because you can see the foot really isnt on the pedal . no speed no power gains here but reflex and hand eye gains are high. i reckon combining this style with the way canelos trainer runs a mitt session replicating in fight combos with speed and power you could probably be a very diverse fighter
