@Seyi (Shay) Akinnusotu I really enjoy Star Wars Rebels and it's one of the best series! it may not be better animated series then Clone Wars but enjoyable sequel to The Clone Wars and a lot fan love and like it and has good review to 4.3/5.

Kanan sensing the clones firing on Billaba is the exact same shot as Kanan sensing the fire at the fuel depot before he dies. Notice the push in, look over right shoulder? Filoni is a genius.

Damn this was powerful and sad. No wonder Kanin doesn’t trust clones. When Depa told him to run I was thinking about the grand inquisitor in Rebels saying do you remember the last thing your master said to you? Run. But he didn’t run out of cowardice. He ran out of necessity and fear. This makes Rebels hit much harder now.

This is why I hate Rebels-- there's a lot of good stuff in it, enough to make it canon even! Problem is, there's a lot of garbage in it too. Arguably more garbage than good.

Exactly, he should've mentioned Hunter because he was the only "clone" that wanted to help him but either way if he accepted Hunters aid, he still would've get attacked by the other clones and the clone force 99 would've be mark for treason for helping a jedi

Kanan was like one of the few good things of rebels.

I’m glad they added and showed Kanan’s perspective of Order 66, it was done so well and it’s makes this scene better

They showed it 5 years ago in a comic that Bad Batch retconned the shit out of. The comic did it way better. Definitely recommend reading it. It’s called Kanan the last Padawan

I love how it's all coming together as these shows complete the circle and show us relevant moments through the eyes of different characters.

@@0RY0N Hope the characters evolve more and get more complex as some of them are still a stereotypical and a little bidimensional (a bit dumb tough big guy, nerdy guy etc) but nonetheless the show started off pretty awesome, and I expect it to develop it's characters even more with such a talented crew.

Kanan: All of the clone troopers betrayed us ... well except for this one clone who kept saying he had no clue what was going on. Rex: We all had a choice ... well except for Jesse and a lot of Ashoka's clone troopers who didn't remove their chips.

Now imagine if Rebels came out after the Clone Wars finished. It would be so much more satisfying to see Rex, Ashoka, and Caleb survive. Rebels would’ve probably gotten a bigger audience so they could see what happened to the Padawan

Rex is the best most unproblemtic and uncontroversial sw character ever. Nobody hates Rex because he does nothing wrong (yet still shows that he's a living being, human). And that makes him awesome

seeing Kanan's trauma was so cool and yet still heart breaking

Props to Kanan's voice actor. Te emotion in his voice when he talks about his master getting killed was just so intense and perfect. He was just a kid when it happened. He must have some serious PTSD after Order 66.

When Kanan tells Ezra he wasn’t even born yet, he sounds like a big brother protecting his little brother! Ugh! I can’t with these two!😍😍😍

I never realized at the end of this scene how Kanan had his arms wrapped around his waist in an effort to comfort himself. Just little things like that and the phenomenonal voice acting that make or break the emotion

If not then probably another Tales of the Jedi episode.

The music played in the background as Kanan retells this tragic story sends makes this even more emotional than it already is.

Even though it was cool seeing it in the bad batch, the comic did Kanan’s order 66 experience much better IMO.

I watched this 7 times now and I can’t stop rewatching it. Help. It’s so good

I feel so bad for kanan because He lost everything his Master and Parents and Scarface himself to save Hera and his friends EVENTUALLY JACEN JARRUS WAS BORN AND THERE WAS HOPE🥺🥰.

@@0RY0N anakin my husband had worse then obi wan or kanan or Erza My husband was A Slave his whole Life with his Mother and made promise to come back and free her only to find her died in his arms and that was when anakin embraced the darkside and became twisted and seduce by Palpatine and destroyed millions 0f jedi and the Jedi Temple and killing millions of Rebels and stations and ships to get to His Luke but anakin was redeemed at the end all he wanted to do was Save me but was lied and tricked

Great job connecting all three shows. The power of the animated canon is real.

This hits really hard. Star Wars is an epic story. Clones can be trusted, they just had their chips removed.

These flashback mashups never cease to improve the original scenes immensely.

Ezra was born before the Sky walker twins. The day the Clone Wars ended.

Even know it retconed the comic this version from bad batch fits with what kanan described in this episode and this video is proof Chills I'm completely shocked how well this connect's the dots man!

Seeing order 66 from so many different perspectives just really makes you realize not just how quick and efficient it was, but how the galaxy rapidly changed in just a matter of hours. Order 66 was practically Star Wars’ version of the holocaust.

Separately these scenes are good but together they brought me to tears. Incredible video

He gave Depa the same stare he did at the fuel pod when the explosion happened and he was saying a mental goodbye to Hera

Great editing. So cool seeing the two "scenes" side by side. They made an awesome decision throwing kanan into this series for a bit.

Tbh I'm glad the last season of Clone Wars and the Bad Batch came out post-Rebels. The animation quality is so much better for what is probably the emotional climax of Star Wars.

He had no help at all as to how to live & survive on a daily basis & find away just to live & make it on his own,....as a young kid.
