Goto 50m and then move ur arms, that added pressure would make it the equivalent of over 100m, hence a flooded watch, besides below 30m you wouldnt be able to read the display because its too small!

If your digital crown is not physically stuck but is scrolling by itself. I found the culprit. Bad solder joint for the digital crown flex connection. Under the battery is where the connection is. This is likely why physically jostling the watch may briefly help. I tried it myself and it helped for about 30 seconds. I initially tried cleaning the digital crown from the inside and outside with a sonicare toothbrush with no success. My digital crown was free spinning so I didn't think that would work anyways. I disassembled mine and the moment I pushed down on the battery, the scrolling stopped. I put it back together and I'm letting the unit cool before I power it back on. I imagine this will have fixed it, we will see for how long. Yep confirmed. Fixed for now. Edit: 3 weeks later: Issue reemerged. Pads under black sticker under battery on the same side as digital crown. You can see it under step 9/13 at ifixit teardown. Resoldered at 600f, currently working.

Yes, opening any Apple product voids its warranty. Even if you break your product by a drop or so, giving it to a 3rd party ‘fix’ company will void the warranty and sometimes damage the device.
