I want one of these more then any of my other tropicals but 8 years till fruiting even a grafted plant is far too long. I hope to be moved 3 times by then.

Come to Australia and get cuttings put in a damp paper, and take it back to Cambodia and plant cuttings. Your country is far more relaxed about things coming and going in and out of your country.... But why would you do that when you can grow the Queen of Fruits.... or DURIAN... nobody knows them and if they did you'd have to move house and be destitute as Rich foreigners take what you have just so they can eat this fruit :D growing these fruits and freezing them and exporting them might be wise or as you say you can grow jaboticaba..
