Great soil information and potting tips. It's sad to see how much prices of all the soil medium and amendments have skyrocketed in the last 3 years.

Good to know. I have a small jabo. Is this a good mix for potted blueberries as well?

I bought hollytone fertilizer like 2 months ago But it hasn't change my soil ph I heard the process take up to 6 months to convert the sulfur to acid and its even harder to do since it's winter so the bacteria that process it is dormant since it's cold and my jaboticabas was looking sad the ph was like at 7.2 so I used sulphuric acid and it brought it down to 6.0 for like acouple days now its at 6.9 .is chlorine tap water bad for jaboticaba or is it the high ph levels in tap water b cuz I use tap water let it sit in the sun for few days then I mixs sulphuric acid get it down to around 6.5 the waters ph

I am not an expert on Reverse Osmosis. I use a regular in line chlorine filter. The filter removes chlorine that can affect the soil biology soil food web. The filter does not change the waters acidity or alkalinity. (pH). The pH is managed by using soil amendments like sulfur, adding peat to the soil and mulching with pine bark. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching and commenting. Best of luck.
