It wouldn't be smart simply because Carmax would 100% sell it back to you for WAY more than they paid you for it.. Also the warranty is 5 year 125,000 or 150,000 miles I think. You'd get cheated out of your money hard core. Trust me I 100% guarantee Carmax has blocked almost all the loop holes.. that's why they low ball almost always on their appraisals.. You'd have lots of miles by the time your warranty expires or you'd never drive the car then you'd most likley never use the warranty which is waisting money on something you're not using.. THINK ABOUT IT.

Somehow I missed this video but glad I saw it now. It puts such a smile on my face to see such a crazy vehicle and it all makes sense. I would absolutely buy one of these over a Challenger or Charger Hellcat due to the fact you can put the power down anytime you want. Hellcats even Scat packs are stupid in the sense they have no traction. I own a Scat pack and it's annoying if you want to leave a light with any kind of throttle, it just barks the tires in an embarrassing way.

Every time Doug grins when he lays on the gas is priceless.

to be fair a lot of car engines already run their minimal break in hours at the shop so 500 miles on top of that isn't the minimum but a bit above wich is nice indeed, for me personally i would be like a little kid getting some icecream when that launch control unlocks haha!

Dude fuck it, fca should just put the hellcat engine in every engine bay it can fit into. Hellcat ram? Sure thing. Hellcat 300? You got it. Hellcat Durango? Absolutely. Hellcat Caravan? Why not? Hellcat 500? Great idea!

Doug couldn't have known what was coming in the vehicle marketplace. I searched for a Trackhawk within 100 miles. The cheapest one I found was a black 2018. Original sticker was $96,000, they were asking $78,000 with 45,000 miles. I think we are going to have to wait a while before any type of normal depreciation kicks in.

When I pick up my daughter from her 1st grade class, she's always super excited when I'm in the TrackHawk!

Dodge is making the best muscle cars in the country for the past 5 years, I’m not even a fan but every time I watch a you tuber doing a video and see that look on their face when they hit the gas pedal is priceless and for that reason I’m thinking about buying a wide body charger scat pack 485H and that should be a plenty horse power for me.

One thing is for sure. As far as the horsepower wars go; this thing ends the discussion. It reminds me of the snowmobile horsepower wars and in 93, Arctic Cat ended the discussion forever with the Thundercat. The only thing they did after that was to tune it down.

We all remember what happened the last time Doug drove a 707hp car right?

SHE Speaks Exactly. I worked at a Jeep dealer for a year and we had a couple of Trackhawks. The quality is pretty dang nice, but for the price you could get an nice BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc.

I would just take the trackhawk badges off and ride around in the best sleeper ever.

He was in track mode but forgot , and then he touched the gas pedal and lost traction. He did however, counteersteer enough to make just a small incident (no sort of damage tho)rather than what you'd expect lol
